據瞭解，中冶名恆主要從事房地產開發、銷售自行開發的商品房、物業管理、房地產信息諮詢、房屋租賃。中冶名恆主要負責開發中冶逸璟公館項目，該項目坐落於珠海市橫琴新區，為低密度住宅項目，佔地面積約16.93萬平方米，計容總建築面積不大於22.78萬平方米，綜合容積率為1.35。
公告稱，近期五礦信託有意退出中冶逸璟公館項目的後續開發建設。中冶置業作為中冶名恆的股東方，認為中冶逸璟公館項目的項目經濟指標良好。而中冶置業收購五礦信託持有的中冶名恆50%股權後，將全資擁有中冶名恆，決策效率與質量將會有較大程度提高，有利於推進中冶逸璟公館項目順利進行並將進一步釋放項目收益。因此，中冶置業擬收購五礦信託所持中冶名恆50%股權。
