flake off: to break off in small thin pieces （碎成小薄片）剝落
burnt: adj. 燒焦的；燒傷的 v. 燃燒（burn的過去式、過去分詞形式）

"You'll get the burnt ones and like it, nerd." （烤焦的給你，吃不吃隨便，死宅男）----美劇《破產姐妹》
這裡的 if you want your skin to flake off like a burnt potato 意思是如果你想讓你的皮膚像燒焦的土豆皮一樣剝落的話。
nap: a short sleep, especially during the day 〔尤指白天的〕小睡，打盹；
have/take a nap 午睡小睡一會兒

you sold me 可不是你賣了我，表示出賣可以說you sold me out, 但是you sold me 就是指你之前說的主意/計劃說服我了，打動我了。我接受你提出的主意，計劃。
