flake off: to break off in small thin pieces （碎成小薄片）剥落
burnt: adj. 烧焦的；烧伤的 v. 燃烧（burn的过去式、过去分词形式）
"Johnny, here's your stale cake and burnt coffee." （强尼，这是你的隔夜蛋糕和焦糊咖啡）----美剧《破产姐妹》
"You'll get the burnt ones and like it, nerd." （烤焦的给你，吃不吃随便，死宅男）----美剧《破产姐妹》
这里的 if you want your skin to flake off like a burnt potato 意思是如果你想让你的皮肤像烧焦的土豆皮一样剥落的话。
nap: a short sleep, especially during the day 〔尤指白天的〕小睡，打盹；
have/take a nap 午睡小睡一会儿

sell: to try to make someone accept a new idea or plan, or to become accepted 使（人）接受（主意，计划）

you sold me 可不是你卖了我，表示出卖可以说you sold me out, 但是you sold me 就是指你之前说的主意/计划说服我了，打动我了。我接受你提出的主意，计划。
