谈及动物话题
烤鸭们一般会想到猫、狗、金鱼、兔子等常见宠物
除了这些常见宠物
其实还真的可以创新地说一些另类动物
避免尬聊
没准还能引起考官与你互动的欲望呢
比如蜥蜴（lizard）和蜘蛛（spider）
熊猫、丹顶鹤（red crowned crane）、狐狸（Fox）...
你喜欢动物吗？
Do you like animals?
你养过猫猫狗狗这类的爱宠
或者喜欢哪些有趣的小动物捏？
这个问题对于“烤鸭们”来说一点都不突然，因为本季雅思口语Part1就迎来了历史旧题Animal。虽说是曾经出现过的考题，可对于数量如此庞大的新烤鸭们来说这依旧是陌生的新题。
To be honest
题目等级不算很难，也算是贴近生活，但想要答得好也并非易事。
面对这个问题：Do you like animals?
很多同学们会不假思索的回答：Oh, yes. ／Yes, I like.
可…那然后呢？？
（噢，老师说过表达完态度后得继续拓展呐）
接着说说你喜欢什么动物啊：I like dog./ I like cat.
（看到这里你一定要往后看，不然我保证你会后悔的！！）
那再说说why：Why do you like this kind of animal?
这个时候90%的同学给出的答案一水儿的都是：because they are so cute.
到此为止，学生的感受就是：我真的再也说不下去了…
让下一个问题来的更猛烈些吧。
Q2: -Have you ever had a pet before?
- “Yes, I have had a pet before. It’s a dog.”
Q3: -What kind of animals do people keep as pets in your country?
- “I think they are dogs and cats.”
Q4: -Why do they keep them?
- “Because they are so cute and they can accompany people.”
（感觉词穷加没话说…）
先说说这个问题
“I like dogs.” VS “I like dog.”加不加s真的很重要，不仅仅因为可不可数的问题！
I like dogs.
就是你心里想表达的那个意思，我喜欢狗(因为可爱等等的原因)
I like dog.
听起来更像是 I like to eat dog. (Oh, my god!)
同样，I like chicken. = I like to eat chicken.
(我喜欢吃鸡。注意不是你们心里想的那个“吃鸡”哦，是KFC那个)
所以随口这么一说的句子可别再说错了呀～拜谢各位了，哈哈哈

大家最容易想到的就是dogs and cats
那我们就来了解一些词
让你在口语中也能说的与众不同
Type/Breed品种：
Dogs—Poodle 贵宾犬，Husky 哈士奇
Alaskan Malamutes 阿拉斯加犬，Corgi 柯基
Bulldog 斗牛犬，Persian Cat 波斯猫
American/British/Exotic Shorthair 美短／英短／异国短
小狗／小猫：
puppy (a young dog)，kitten (a young cat)
名词：
tail尾巴，fur毛，paws爪子
动词：
wag摇晃，beg祈求，lick舔，pet爱抚
（pet这个词比较特殊，除了做名词表示宠物，还可以做动词，如pet my dog=stroke my dog’s fur）
eg.
My dog will wag his tail when he is happy or he wants to go for a walk.
He’ll beg me for food, for a walk or take him outside.
Cats are clean and they often lick their paws.
bark/woof，mew/meow叫声
eg. My dog will bark when he hears a stranger at the door.
形容词：
docile 温顺的，passionate 热情的
cute/lovely/loveable/adorable 可爱的
cuddly 逗人喜爱的，loyal／faithful 忠诚的

Certainly, I love them, especially dogs I think. I know some breeds of dogs, like Poodle, Husky, Corgi and Bulldog since many of my friends and relatives keep dogs as pets at home. Whenever I go to their flats, these passionate and adorable pet dogs will welcome me and play with me.
· Have you ever had a pet before?
Definitely, two months ago, I was attracted to a really lovable puppy whose breed is Corgi in a pet market. After coming to my home, he has brought a lot of joyfulness into my life since he often has affectionate movements, for example, my doggy will wag his tail when he’s happy or he wants to go for a walk. Also he’ll beg me for food by making sounds and following me around at home.
· What kind of animals do people keep as pets in your country?
I believe the most common and popular ones are cats and dogs. Just like what I said, dogs are lovely and docile and so do cats. Also, they accompany their owners, take care of and even play with them, so as for majorities of people, they treat these cuddly pets as their faithful companions (同伴) and even family.
