大家好！今天毛毛为大家带来一本十分暖心的绘本：Bear Has a Story to Tell。
故事的主角是一只总是想给朋友们讲故事的熊，故事就发生在秋季之末，冬季即将到来的时候。
正在北半球经受炎炎夏天的亲们，或许会感觉到格外凉爽吧！而毛毛此时所在的南半球，却恰好是寒冷的冬季哦！
冬季对于我们人类来说，或许只是开空调，多穿衣服。然而对于小动物们来说，却很是不同。他们有的会冬眠，有的会贮藏食物，有的会迁徙，十分忙碌。
喜欢动物的小朋友一定会感兴趣：动物们究竟是怎样过冬的呢？

It was almost winter and Bear was getting sleepy.
冬天就要到了，熊有点困了。
But first, Bear had a story to tell.
可是，熊还有个故事没讲。
"Mouse, would you like to hear a story?" asked Bear with a yawn.
"I am sorry, Bear," said Mouse, "but it is almost winter and I have many seeds to gather."
“老鼠，你要不要听个故事？”熊打着哈欠问。
“抱歉，熊。”老鼠说，“可是冬天就要来了，我还有好多种子要收集。”
Bear helped Mouse find the seeds on the forest floor.
熊帮着老鼠在森林的大地上寻找种子。
When they had finished, Mouse said, "See you soon!" and tunneled underground to wait for spring.
完事儿后，老鼠说：“再见！”然后他钻到了地下，等待春天的到来。
Bear took slow, sleepy steps through the forest. Fallen leaves crunched under his feet.
熊拖着缓慢的、疲惫的步伐，穿越森林。落叶在他脚下咔嚓作响。
"Hello, Duck!" said Bear, sitting down to rest his tired legs.
"Would you like to hear a story?"
"I am sorry, Bear," said Duck, "but it is almost to winter, and I am getting ready to fly south."
“你好啊！鸭子。”熊一边坐下，舒缓他疲惫的腿，一边说。
“你想听个故事吗？”
“抱歉，熊。”鸭子说，“可是冬天就要来了，我要飞向南方了。”
"I will miss you, Duck," said Bear. He raised a paw to check the direction of the wind.
“我会想你的，鸭子。”熊说。他举起爪子，确认风向。
"I will miss you too," said Duck, and off he flew.
“我也会想你的！”鸭子说。然后它飞走了。
The sun was heavy and hung low in the sky. Bear's eyelids were getting heavy too. He counted the colors to stay awake. "Three pink clouds, two red leaves, one green..."
太阳西沉，低低的挂在空中。熊的眼皮也越来越沉。他数着颜色，保持清醒。“三片粉色的云，两片红色的叶子，一个绿色的。。。”
"Frog! Hello!" said Bear. "Would you like to hear a story?"
"I am sorry, Bear," said Frog, "but it is almost winter, and I have to find a warm place to sleep."
“青蛙！你好啊！”熊说，“你要不要听个故事呢？”
“抱歉，熊。”青蛙说，“可是冬天就要来了，我得找个温暖的地方睡一觉。”
Bear dug a frog-sized hole between two evergreens. Then he tucked Frog in under a blanket of leaves and pine needles.
"Thank you, Bear," said Frog. "I will see you in the spring."
熊在两株常青植物中间，挖了一个青蛙容身的洞。然后他将青蛙裹在树叶和松针做的毯子中。
“谢谢你，熊。”青蛙说，“咱们春天见。”
Bear leaned against the old oak tree. He stretched and the yawned and scratched at his belly. "I wonder if Mole is awake?" he thought.
熊靠在老橡树下。他伸展一下四肢，打了个哈欠，又挠了挠肚子。“不知道鼹鼠醒着没？”他想。
"Mole? Are you there? Mole?"
“鼹鼠，你在吗？鼹鼠？”
Mole was already asleep.
"Good night, Mole," said Bear with a sigh.
鼹鼠已经睡着了。
“晚安，鼹鼠。”熊叹了口气。
The first winter snowflakes began to fall...
冬季的第一片雪花飘落。。。
Many months passed and the sun returned. It melted the snow and woke the trees. Bear rolled out onto the green grass. "It's spring!" he said. "Now I can tell my story!"
数月过后，天空放晴。积雪融化，大地苏醒。熊滚到绿草地上。“春天！”他说。“现在我可以讲故事啦！”
But first, bear brought Mouse an acorn.
"Thank you, Bear!" said Mouse. Mouse was hungry after a long winter.
不过，熊先给老鼠带来一个橡果。
“谢谢你，熊！”老鼠说。老鼠在这漫长的冬季过后好饿啊。
"Welcome home, Duck!" called Bear. "You must be tired from your journey." Bear showed Duck a shady mud puddle he'd found.
“欢迎回家，鸭子！”熊说。“你一定很累吧。”他给鸭子找到一块阴凉的泥塘。
Bear placed Frog in the sunshine till he was warm and awake. Frog opened one eye, then the other.
"Good morning!" said Bear.
熊又把青蛙放到阳光下，待他感到温暖后醒来。青蛙睁开一只眼，又睁开另一只眼。
“早上好！”熊说。
Bear, Mouse, Duck and Frog waited all day for Mole to wake up.
Finally, Mole poked his nose out into the moonlight.
"Mole!" said Bear. "Would you like to hear a story?"
熊、老鼠、鸭子和青蛙，一整天都在等待鼹鼠的醒来。
终于，鼹鼠在夜色中伸出它的小鼻子。
“鼹鼠！”熊说。“你要不要听个故事呢？”
Bear gathered his friends. He sat up straight and cleared his throat. He puffed out his chest, and with all of his friends listening...
熊召集了他的所有朋友。他坐直了身子，清了清喉咙，挺了挺胸，好朋友们都等待着他的故事。
Bear could not remember his story. "It was such a good story," he said, hanging his head. "But winter is a very long time for a bear to remember."
熊却想不起来他的故事了。“应该是个特别好听的故事。”他垂着头说。“可是冬天太漫长了，我什么都不记得了。”
The friends sat together for a quiet minute.
朋友们安静的坐了一会儿。
Then Mouse said, "Maybe your story is about a bear."
And Duck said, "Maybe your story is about the busy time just before winter."
"I think there should be other characters too," suggested Frog.
"Like a mole!" said Mole. "And a mouse, and a duck, and a frog!"
Bear sat up straight again. He cleared his throat, puffed out his chest, and began his story with...
然后老鼠说：“或许你的故事是关于一只熊的。”
接着鸭子说：“或许你的故事与冬季到来前的繁忙有关。”
“或许还有点别的角色吧。”青蛙说。
“比如鼹鼠，”鼹鼠说，“还有老鼠、鸭子和青蛙。”
熊再次坐直了身体，清了清喉咙，挺了挺胸，开始讲述起他的故事。
"It was almost the and Bear was getting sleepy."
“冬天就要到了，熊有点困了。”（与开头第一页唯有不同的，便是不再落叶纷纷了。。。）
故事结束。

这是一本十分温暖的绘本：故事温暖，画面温暖，对白也很温暖。
熊的形象憨态可掬。每个动作又十分温柔，情怀满溢。看着他困倦而疲惫的身体，好像马上就要睡着了一样，却还在坚持着走向每一位朋友。
而画面背景从地上纷纷的落叶，到洁白的雪地，再到湛蓝的天空，纯净而亮丽，生机盎然。
整个绘本就是告诉我们一个故事，这个故事的内容就是讲一个故事。这真是非常拗口啊！然而毛毛觉得，这本书其实讲述的是小动物们过冬的故事。
那么动物都以什么方式度过冬季呢？哪些动物贮藏食物(store food)？哪些动物迁徙(migrate)？哪些动物
冬眠(hibernate)？这本书都会给你答案。或许你还能想到其他动物的过冬方式吗？
其实最让毛毛觉得暖心的，还是熊对待每一个朋友的真心，体现在每一处的小细节中。
过冬前，帮助老鼠捡种子，帮助鸭子测风向，给青蛙铺软软的窝，跟鼹鼠道晚安；过冬后，为老鼠准备橡果，为鸭子寻找泥塘，唤醒青蛙，默默等待鼹鼠的苏醒。
每一个小小的举动都让人觉得温暖，处处流露着对友谊的珍视。
这温暖无处不在，于是，我们一次又一次的阅读这本绘本的同时，我们的心灵也得到莫大的宽慰，也成就了这本书的美好。希望你会喜欢！
