說"old"就是典型的中式英語啦，我們平常說的"老"就是烹飪的時候太久了，熟過了，就是overcooked。
英文還有個詞是"tough"，也可以表示肉的“硬，難嚼”。

flesh就是“鮮肉，人肉”，in the flesh表示見到“真人”。
