18 Projects Introduced to Tianfu International Bio-town
5月16日，總投資額逾260億元的18個重點項目簽約落戶成都天府國際生物城。此次簽約的項目中，產業鏈項目10個，創新鏈項目4個，金融鏈項目3個，供應鏈項目1個。主要項目包括綠葉生命科學產業園、多組學數據檢測及亞臨床態大數據人工智能中心、納米維景CMOS探測器及靜態CT研發生產基地項目、百億級生物醫學材料專項投資基金等。
Eighteen projects valued at 26 billion RMB were signed and introduced to Tianfu International Bio-town on May 16. Among the signed projects, there were 10 industrial chain projects, 4 innovation chain projects, 3 financial chain projects and 1 supply chain project. Major projects included Greenleaf life science park, multi-group data detection and sub-clinical big data AI center, nano CMOS detector and static CT R&D center, as well as a 10-billion-RMB investment fund for bio-medical materials.

Arm China to Build R&D Center and Education Center in Chengdu
5月18日，安謀科技（中國）有限公司與四川天府新區成都管委會簽署戰略合作協議。根據協議，安謀中國擬與天府新區共同組建綜合性平臺公司，在多個方面進行深入合作，包括共建Arm集成電器設計服務平臺、Arm中國西部研發中心、Arm教育研發總部和Arm智慧小鎮等項目。
Arm Technologies China and Sichuan Tianfu New Area Chengdu Administrative Committee signed strategic cooperation agreement on May 18. According to the agreement, Arm China and Tianfu New Area will jointly incorporate a comprehensive platform company to carry out in-depth cooperation in building up Arm IC design and service platform, Arm western R&D center, Arm education center and Arm smart town.

5月19日，“2018全球獨角獸企業高峰論壇”在成都天府新區舉行。APUS、同盾科技、金沙江創投等眾多優秀的獨角獸企業、瞪羚企業創始人或負責人匯聚蓉城，就“新時代、新經濟、新未來”為主題，同與會嘉賓尤其是現場創業者進行了一次智慧分享。同時，在論壇上，人民網輿情數據中心、人民創投、天府新區成都管委會共同發佈了《中國新經濟發展藍皮書》。本次大會在硅谷設立分會場，與主會場通過視頻連線參與互動。JP Morgan、Quanergy、BGI Genomics等硅谷知名投資機構、海外獨角獸創業團隊等與APUS、同盾科技等國內企業代表就“技術革命與模式創新”等話題展開討論。
2018 Global Unicorn Enterprise Forum was held on May 19. Representatives from renowned unicorn and gazelle enterprises such as APUS, Tongdun, GSR Ventures shared their views on new era, new economy and new future with guests and entrepreneurs. At the forum, China New Economy Development Bluebook was jointly released by people.cn, people capital and Tinfu New Area Administrative Committee. A video-link was set up between the forum and Silicon Valley, where JP Morgan, Quanery, BGI Genomics and other venture capitalists discussed technological revolution and mode innovation with Chinese businesses.

5月19日，市政府新聞辦舉行了“2018成都全球創新創業交易會成果新聞發佈會”，發佈了本屆創交會主體活動情況。本屆創交會不僅彰顯了高端引領，更促進了要素交易，各類交易成交總金額達305.48億元；同時擴大了成都的城市朋友圈，增強了對外影響力，國際友城和友好合作關係城市增至88個。本屆創交會共邀請到了來自美國、加拿大、俄羅斯、德國、日本、韓國等30餘個國家和地區的2位諾獎得主、4位院士、50餘位全球知名高校負責人，360集團、商湯科技、平安好醫生等120餘家知名企業，共2400餘名嘉賓（其中外賓300餘名）出席會議，60多家創投機構參加了項目路演和成果分享。
On May 19, Chengdu Municipal Information Office held a press conference and briefed achievements of 2018 Chengdu Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair. 2018 GIEF witnessed 30.5 billion RMB of various transactions. A number of friendship city deals have been inked so that Chengdu has established sister city relationship with 88 cities worldwide. Over 2400 guests including 2 Nobel prize winners, 4 academicians, some 50 heads of universities, 120 corporate representatives attended the event. Over 60 venture capitalists participated in project roadshows and achievement sharing.

5月22日，第四屆中美省州長論壇在成都開幕。美國新墨西哥州、加利福尼亞州、艾奧瓦州、俄亥俄州、中國美國商會、中美雙方企業代表等出席開幕式。論壇開幕式結束後，還連續舉行了三次論壇全體會議，與會嘉賓圍繞貿易投資、綠色發展、創新經濟主題進行了交流討論。
The 4th China-U.S. Governors Forum unveiled in Chengdu on May 22. Representatives from US States of New Mexico, California, Iowa, Ohio, AmCham China, Chinese and US enterprises attended the opening ceremony. Three plenary sessions were held to discuss trade & Investment, green development and innovative economy.
吉利新能源整車及泛歐亞零部件基地落戶成都

5月23日，成都市與吉利控股集團簽署投資合作協議，吉利控股集團將在成都經開區投資佈局新能源整車研製、零部件配套生產及移動出行服務等系列重大項目。投資合作協議簽署當天，成都市與吉利控股集團合作共建的包含汽車專業人才教育、重大汽車國際賽事等內容的吉利成都銘泰方程時空港項目，在成都市簡州新城破土動工。
On May 23, Chengdu Municipality signed investment cooperation agreement with Geely Holdings Group. Geely will invest new energy vehicle, spare parts and mobility service projects in Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone. On the same day, Geely Mitime Formula Space Port, a auto talent training, auto sporting event operation project, started construction in Jianzhou Nw City.

Chengdu Municipality held talks with visiting Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce Shanghai. Over 80 member companies of Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce attended the event, discussing investment opportunities in Chengdu. 日前，2018中國大數據產業博覽會發布了《中國數字經濟指數2018年度報告》，總結回顧過去一年中國數字經濟的發展態勢與亮點。在數字經濟指數的城市排名中，成都在過去的一年中數字經濟發展迅速，由12位躍居第五；位居新一線城市榜首，全國第五。
2018 Annual Report on Digital Economy Index of China was released at 2018 China International Big Data Industry Expo recently. In city rankings for digital economy index, Chengdu leapfrogged from No.12 to No.5, claiming first place among new first-tier cities and fifth nationwide.
14個項目簽約落戶青白江區
14 Projects Introduced to Qingbaijiang District
5月29日，2018年成都市投資促進“百日擂臺賽”（首季）第五場重大項目集中籤約儀式在青白江區舉行。此次簽約落戶青白江區的項目達14個，投資總額逾340億元。此次簽約儀式上成都國際鐵路港共落戶了遠洋國際冷鏈、蘇寧智慧物流、中外運普菲斯冷鏈物流園等7個現代物流項目，涉及總投資額78.58億元。歐洲產業城落戶了總投資30億元的振石高性能纖維集合和材料產業園、總投資20億元的江西直方天然氣發動機製造基地等兩個新材料項目。
The 5th leg of 2018 Chengdu Investment Promotion 100-day Contest was held in Qingbaijiang District on May 29. Fourteen projects valued at 34 billion RMB were signed and introduced to Qiangbaijiang District. Chengdu International Railway Port signed 7 logistics projects including COSCO cold chains, Suning smart logistics, Sino Trans PFS, with contracted investment value of 7.8 billion RMB. European Industrial Town introduced 3-billion-RMB Zhenshi high-performance fiber assembly and material park, and 2-billion-RMB Zhifang natural gas engine manufacturing projects.

Jinjiang District inks Strategic Cooperation Agreement with 12 Enterprises
5月29日，錦江區舉行新經濟發展投資促進大會暨“百日擂臺賽”重大項目簽約儀式。簽約儀式上，錦江區與小豬短租、58集團、哈羅出行和上海建工等12家企業分別簽署《戰略合作協議》，項目投資總額達304億元。錦江區聘請了16名來自商會、協會、知名企業的各界精英作為招商大使。
On May 29, Jinjiang District held New Economy Development and Investment Promotion Conference and Project Signing Ceremony. Twelve enterprises including short-term home-rental site Xiaozhu.com, 58 Group, Hellobike and Shanghai Construction Group signed strategic cooperation with Jinjiang District respectively, with investment value at 30.4 billion RMB. Sixteen outstanding representatives from business associations, chambers of commerce and enterprises were endorsed as investment promotion ambassadors of Jinjiang District.
