拍马屁 ＝ Brown Nose
Brown nose 直译来翻的话，就是「咖啡色的鼻子」。至于为什么是 brown 咖啡色，又为什么是 nose 鼻子而不是 eyes 眼睛或是 ear 耳朵呢？这是因为，brown 的这个咖啡色的颜色，最接近于粪便的颜色，那鼻子的话，则是你为了讨好某个人、为了奉承别人而去亲他的屁股。想当然，也就会导致鼻子变成咖啡色的了。
