實際什麼意思：我覺得你說得全不對……
怎麼就諷刺了：一般來說，只要這句話出口，基本上沒啥好事兒……鐵定是跟你意見相左……要是TA還加了個手勢，那就更不用說了，諷刺你妥妥的。
