前兩天有同學把國外大學錄取通知郵件的截圖發給我，說裡面兩個關於“附件”的句子顯得比較奇怪。
我作了標註，請各位看一下：
“附件”是一個英文郵件中經常會用到的概念，十分重要。今天藉由這個例子，想給大家做一些指導，希望大家今後既能看得懂，也能寫得出。
“附件”一般叫 attachment；動詞是 attach，表示“附加”；另外，過去分詞 attached 也經常用，表示“附在後面的”。
請看截圖中這個例子：
1. Please find attached an information pack.
這個句子裡的 attached 實際上被提前了，原語序為：Please find an information pack attached.（請找到一個附在後面的信息包。）把 attached 提到 an information pack 前，顯得更為緊湊。
2. Also attached is a short guide.
這個句子是一個倒裝，原語序為：A short guide is also attached.（一個簡要的指導也同時被附在後面。）之所以寫成Attached is a short guide.就是為了強調“被附在後面”這個概念，提醒大家去下載附件。
所以，高頻句型“把…作為附件”，可以用以下兩個句型：
① please find attached +sth.；
② Attached is + sth.
最後做個小練習，翻譯一句話：我把照片作為附件貼在後面了。
答案：你既可以寫成 Please find attached pictures. 也可以寫成 Attached are pictures.
