1. We note that you have failed to pay (pay in full) the sum due by the final date for payment.
我方注意到你方未在最终付款日支付(全额支付)应付款。
2. Further to our letter dated April 8,2018 stating that if payment in full was not made within 7 days from the date of its receipt we would suspend our obligations, we have not received any (full) payment up to now. This is to inform you that, with immediate effect,we are suspending all our obligations under the contract.
我方在2018年4月8日的函中指出,如果该函收到后7天之内未全额付清付款,我方将暂时停止履行我方的合同义务,但至今我方仍未收到任何(全额)付款。作为直接后果,现谨通知你方,我方暂停履行我方所有的合同义务。
3. The final certificate should have been issued on August 14,2018. Two weeks have passed since that date and we have received no such certificate.
最终付款证书本应于2018年8月14日签发。自此日期已逾两周,而我方仍未收到这样的付款证书。
4. Without prejudice to our rights in this matter, if the final certificate is in our hands by September14,2018, we will take no further action on such breach.
