2019年执行春节航班任务
今年是吴蕙玉（GOH HWEE GECK，马来西亚籍）在广州生活的第五个年头，也是她成为乘务员的第五年。过去的四个春节中，她都在飞机上度过，或是陪伴着航班上的旅客飞往家乡，和家人团聚，或是将他们送往假期旅行的目的地。在她看来，春节时送旅客回家是一件很温馨的事情，也这个职业最有意义的一部分。这份“春运空中摆渡人”的成就感，足以抹平她春节离家的遗憾。
The year of the Rat is the fifth year for the Malaysian girl GOH HWEE GECK living in Guangzhou, also for being a flight attendant. She spent the last four Spring Festival on the airplane with her passengers, some of them going home for reunion, some of them going around the world for traveling. She is proud of being “a flight attendant” for the Spring Festival. She thinks it is the most meaningful task of her job.

疫情期间执行航班任务
今年，她申请到春节假期，在完成自己年前的最后一个航班任务后，回到了马来西亚，与家人共渡春节。可就在过年期间，武汉爆发新型冠状病毒疫情，疫情迅速蔓延。在家里休假的吴蕙玉，也十分关注。假期结束后，马上返回广州，为航班的正常运行增添人手。下面这张图，就摄于2月1日的广州-迪拜航班，吴蕙玉在帮助轮椅旅客登机。
She applied for the Spring Festival vacation for 2020 and was back in her hometown after finishing her last flight duty. The 2019-n CoV broke out in Wuhan during the Spring Festival and has spread rapidly. She paid close attention to it. She is back in Guangzhou soon to execute flights when her vacation ended. GOH HWEE GECK is making efforts to keep the flights operating normally and orderly. GOH HWEE GECK was helping WCH passengers for boarding on Feb. 1st, which is the flight from Dubai to Guangzhou.

疫情无情，人间有爱。眼下，全社会都在倡议“宅家N日游就是最时髦的出行方式”，但仍有这样一群外籍小伙伴，他们坚持工作，愿意与中方同事们一起为中国守护。
The 2019-nCoV is like a cool-blooded person. However, we human beings are merciful and caring. In China, staying and visiting at home is right now the most popular way to spend your holiday. Although there are still a group of foreign friends who insist to work and protect China in combating the virus with Chinese people together.

为旅客提供客舱服务

2月1日，她执飞CZ0343广州-墨尔本航班。因防控疫情需要，航班落地后立即返程。她说，虽然乘务组没有片刻休息，但只要能确保每一位旅客平安舒适地抵达，就是自己工作的价值所在，也是她最大的心愿！
On Feb. 1st, CHIANG MEI KUEN was on the flight CZ343 from Guangzhou to Melbourne. To prevent and control the 2019-nCoV, the airplane took off soon after landing. "Our crew did not take a break, but as long as we can ensure that every passenger has arrived safely and comfortably, that is not only the value of this job, but also our greatest wish!" she said.

旅客送的暖心消毒洗手液

“你们也要好好保护自己，不能只为了旅客不顾身体啊。”1月31日，石绮双执飞航班时收到了一位旅客的暖心纸条，还有两瓶消毒洗手液。她说：“服务旅客这么多年，还是第一次被旅客服务，疫情面前，情之所系，早已不分彼此。”
"You have to take very good care of yourself girl!" On Jan. 31, one onboard passenger gave two bottles of hand-gel to SHEAK YEE SUAN with a warm tip. "After all, this is the first time in my career that a passenger has served me,” she said. “It touched me warmly and deeply.”

1月24日，陈嘉慧执飞广州-普吉-广州，他们要在航班上度过今年的除夕夜。这一个通宵班，大家都带着饱满的精神做好自己的工作。落地普吉后，当地工作人员为全体机组准备了一个新年蛋糕。陈嘉慧说：“那一瞬间，我好像被一股暖流包裹，这份工作，值得！”
“Every crew member is high-spirited on the red-eye flight between Guangzhou and Phuket island to spend 2020 New Year's eve on the flight. After landing in Phuket, the local staff already prepared a surprising Chinese New Year cake for us. "At that moment, I was feeling the happiness, it was like a warm embrace. It was worth it!" ALICE CHAN JIA HUEY said.

法籍乘务员Pouchain Jean-Baptiste
随着中国疫情的不断扩散，POUCHAIN JEAN-BAPTISTE在法国的家人和同事也越来越担心他的安全。他们多次发来关心和问候，试图劝说POUCHAIN JEAN-BAPTISTE在这段时间停止飞行。但面对至亲好友的担忧，他坚定的表示:“这是我的工作。我会保证自己安全飞行，这不仅是为了自己和旅客，也是为了你们。我将认真履行公司的规定。”
Referring to the virus' spread abroad, POUCHAIN JEAN-BAPTISTE ’s families and friends worried about his safety and persuaded him suspending his flight tasks. He says firmly “This is my job. I'll do everything to be in safe situation onboard for my family, my passengers and myself. I'll follow the company rules carefully.”

他有个中文名，叫夏伟。在南航工作的六年来，他多次受到广大旅客和乘务组同事的好评。在这次疫情中，夏伟也一直坚持飞行，带着口罩却依然有最真诚的笑容。他说：我热爱南航，我热爱中国，我相信中国一定能够战胜这次疫情！
Xia Wei is his Chinese name. He is always receiving high rewards and appreciation from passengers and colleagues in his 6 years working for China Southern Airlines. Xia Wei keeps on flying during the epidemic period, and he still has a friendly smile even when wearing a mask. “I love China Southern Airlines. I love China. I’m confident that China will ultimately triumph over the epidemic!” Said Xia.

1月26日，尹智熙执飞CZ344墨尔本-广州航班。她后来回忆道：虽然我们戴上了口罩，但不能阻挡我们真诚的服务态度。旅客主动提出与我们合照，一起为中国抗击疫情加油。
On Jan. 26th, YOON JIHEE carried out flight CZ344 from Melbourne to Guangzhou. She later recalled that “while we were wearing masks during service, it would not change our genuine attitude. Passengers offered to take photos with us to cheer up for China's beating the epidemic.”

2月1和2日CZ393/394广州-大阪往返航班上，日籍乘务员桥元茜和川原崎沙衣，面对疫情，虽然很担心，但她们没有选择逃避，依然选择坚守岗位，在航班中，为旅客提供优质的服务，用目光传递微笑，她们都值得最用力的喝彩。
On the flight CZ393/394, a round-trip from Guangzhou to Osaka on Feb. 1st and 2nd, the two Japanese flight attendants HASHIMOTO AKANE and KAWARAZAKI SAYA chose to stick to their posts, although they were very worried about the epidemic. During the flight, they provided excellent service to passengers with their smiling eyes.

故事看到这里，相信大家也猜到了。是的，这群满世界乱跑的外国人就是中国南方航空公司的外籍乘务员们，他们来自马来西亚、法国、荷兰、澳大利亚、韩国和日本，他们是中方乘务员的亲密“战友”。在如今疫情蔓延的时候，他们没有待在家中，反而逆行赶去保障航班。他们说：
穿上制服，他们的职责就是通过专业能力把旅客安全、舒适、愉快地送达目的地，职业精神赋予了他们责任感、使命感和神圣感，就像医生、护士、警察...职业精神已经超越了国界。
These foreign friends are our flight attendants for China Southern Airlines. They are from Malaysia, France, Holland, Australia, Korea and Japan. They are our close “comrades-in-arms” who choose to stand with us protecting China instead of staying at home when the virus spreads. They say,
They are responsible for taking the passengers to destinations safely, comfortably and happily by their professional service once wearing the uniform of flight attendants. They have a great sense of duty, mission and sacredness just like doctors, nurses, policemen and others. Their professionalism is beyond borders.
