1.无偿提供190㎡以上住房一套,并享受安家费200万元;或提供一次性购房补贴300万元用于购买校外商品住房;

2.提供充足的科研启动费和实验室建设费。自然科学类2000万元以上(理科类800万元以上),人文社科类500万元以上;配备充足的工作室和实验室用房(800㎡以上);

5.配偶随调。

Relocation of spouse.

1.中国科学院、中国工程院有效候选人。

Validly nominated candidates of: Academicians of Chinese Academy of Science/Chinese Academy of Engineering.

2.成果突出,经考察符合相当两院院士水平、具有冲击A类人才的国际知名科学家、国家重大专项首席科学家或国家自然科学奖、国家技术发明奖、国家科技进步奖获得者(特等奖前3名、一等奖前2名、二等奖第1名)。

Internationally renowned scientists with striking achievements equivalent to levels of academicians, competent to achieve the requirements of Class A, First Level; chief scientists of key national projects or winners of the National Prize for Natural Sciences, National Award for Technological Invention and National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology(Ranking Top 3 of all the members in grand prize, top 2 in first prize and the leading scientist of second prize).

待遇 Benefits

1.无偿提供190㎡左右住房一套,并享受安家费150万元;或提供一次性购房补贴250万元用于购买校外商品住房;

4.国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金获得者;

Winners of State Natural Sciences Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars.

1.无偿提供160㎡左右住房一套,并享受安家费100万元;或提供一次性购房补贴180万元用于购买校外商品住房;

B类 Class B

年龄在35周岁以下,成果突出,主持国家级项目1项或具有海外研究经历三年,经考察符合相当A类条件,40周岁前具有冲击A类人才潜力者,且符合以下条件:

Talents under the age of 35 with striking achievements, head of a state-level project or with at least three years'overseas research experience, fitting in the requirements of Class A, Third Level, competent to achieve the requirements of Class A,Third Level, and fitting in any of the following situations:

1.一类学科:ESI高被引1篇且JCR一区2篇或JCR一区4篇;

Talents of first-level disciplines with publications satisfying any of the following situations: 1 ESI highly-cited article + 2 JCR articles of partion 1; 4 JCR articles of partion 1; 3 JCR articles of partion 1+ 4 articles of partion 2 with IF of more than 4.0.

2.二类学科:ESI高被引1篇且JCR一区3篇或JCR一区5篇或JCR一区3篇且二区影响因子大于4.0的4篇;

Talents of first-level disciplines with publications satisfying any of the following situations: 1 ESI highly-cited article + 2 JCR articles of partion 1; 4 JCR articles of partion 1; 3 JCR articles of partion 1+ 4 articles of partion 2 with IF of more than 4.0.

3.三类学科:SSCI或被《新华文摘》《中国社会科学文摘》全文转载4篇,或CSSCI收录6篇。

Talents of third-level disciplines with publications satisfying any of the following situations: 4 SSCI articles reprinted in full page by Xinhua Digest and China Social Sciences Digest; 6 articles included CSSCI.

待遇 Benefits

1.无偿提供140㎡左右住房一套,并享受安家费60万元;或提供一次性购房补贴120万元用于购买校外商品住房;

年龄在40周岁以下,符合下列条件之一者。

1.省部级重点学科带头人;

Leaders of provincial and ministerial key disciplines ;

2.省级青年科技领军人才或同等层次人才;

Young scientific leaders of provincial level or other counterparts of the same level;

3.省部级科技成果奖一等奖获得者(第1人);

Winners of science and technology achievement as the leader of the project;

4.陕西省“千人计划”入选者或其他省份相应层次人才;

Candidates of The Provincial Recruitment Program of Global Experts or other counterparts of the same level;

5.学科领军人才或第一层次人才科研团队组成人员。

Leading talents of any discipline or members of the First Level talents’teams.

4.为教授配套专属的研究生招生指标,特设编制以校外引进和校内遴选方式组建5-7人的科研团队;

The quota for postgraduate enrollment(for professors only), a teaching and scientific research group of 5-7 members.

5.以人事代理形式解决配偶工作。

Relocation of spouse’s job in terms of the personnel agency system.

B类 Class B

年龄32周岁以下,参与过国家级项目2项以上,成果突出,有1年海外学习经历或师从名导师,经考察符合相当A类条件,具有冲击A类人才潜力者,且符合以下条件:

Distinguished doctors under the age of 32 with striking achievements, participants of 2state-level projects, with at least one year’s experience of studying abroad whose doctoral supervisor should be renowned worldwide, fitting in the requirements of Class A, Level 4, competent to achieve the requirements of Class A, Forth Level, and fitting in any of the following situations:

1.一类学科:top期刊1篇且JCR一区1篇或JCR一区3篇;

Talents of first-level disciplines with publications satisfying any of the following situations: 1 top article + 1 JCR articles of partion 1; 3 JCR articles of partion 1.

2.二类学科:top期刊1篇且JCR一区2篇或JCR一区2篇且二区影响因子大于4.0的3篇;

Talents of second-level disciplines with publications satisfying any of the following situations: 1 top article + 2 JCR articles of partion 1; 2 JCR articles of partion 1 and 3 articles of partion 2 with IF of more than 4.0.

3.三类学科:SSCI或被《新华文摘》《中国社会科学文摘》全文转载3篇,或CSSCI收录4篇。

年龄32周岁以下,成果突出,有1年海外学习经历或师从名导师,本、硕、博阶段在高水平建设高校或国家级科研院所或海外高校优势专业学习,参与过国家级科研项目,经考察具有一定培养潜力,且在核心期刊发表学术论文5篇(SCI 3篇或SSCI、CSSCI 2篇)。

Distinguished doctors under the age of 32 holding striking achievements, with at least one year’s experience of studying abroad or whose doctoral supervisor should be renowned worldwide, who have studied in high-level universities or dominant specialties in national scientific research institutions, have participated in state-level research projects, and published 5 articles in core journals(3 inSCI or 2 in SSCI and CSSCI).

待遇 Benefits

1.无偿提供90㎡左右住房一套;或提供一次性购房补贴40万元用于购买校外商品住房;

Distinguished doctors under the age of 30 holding striking achievements, who have studied in high-level universities or dominant specialties in national scientific research institutions, participated in state-level research projects, and published 5 articles in core journals(2 inSCI or 1 in SSCI and CSSCI).

1.有偿提供90㎡左右住房一套,并享受安家费20万元;或提供一次性购房补贴30万元用于购买校外商品住房;

2.提供科研启动费20万元;自然科学类20万元(理科类15万元),人文社科类10万元;

3.聘为副教授七级(符合学校副教授认定条件的,当年认定副教授)享受国家规定的工资、福利等待遇。

对于部分与各类层次人才条件不相称的急需引进的高层次人才,可采取“一事一议”的方式协商。分区换算JCR二区2篇可对等JCR一区1篇。

For talents in need but are not included in above levels, negotiations shall be conducted; 2 articles of partion 2 can be equivalent to 1 article of partion 1.

第七条 柔性引进人才。对于符合以上各层次人才条件,不能全职引进的人员,与学校签订合法聘用协议,人事关系不转入学校,通过学科建设、团队建设、项目合作、课题研究等其他形式来校开展工作。
