“請便， 不用客氣”，類似於help yourself to it.

"treat" 除了有"對待"的意思,它還可以表示"款待、招待"；
比如:你和別人打賭輸了之後，You had to treat her to an ice cream. （你不得不請她吃冰淇淋）
"treat"還有"名詞"的身份，表示"請客、做東"；Let me get this也可表示 "做東"，常用於口語。
