Ghana won’t be in the World Cup as they finished third in their group with seven points, winning only one of the six played and have won only one of the last eight played in all competitions, being kicked out of the African Nations cup by Burkina Faso in a 4-3 aggregate.
Japan will be in Russia after winning comfortable their group with 20 points, winning six of the 10 played and losing two. They have won only two of the last five played, but have a great home record as they have won eight of the 14 played, and seven of the 12 friendlies played in front of their supporters.
Ghana has nothing to play for and they have won only two of the last 12 far from home, and their friendlies record is terrible, losing eight of the last 12, so we expect the hosts to take the victory here.
