It’s the place Where the first light came and the green islands and water surround it.
台州温岭，是浙江地方，却不同于江南水乡风姿。东濒东海，南连玉环，西邻乐清湾。滨海之地，既临山岛竦峙，又见天空海阔。
Taizhou Wenling, is the place of Zhejiang, but different from Yangtze River delta’s style. East China Sea is in the east, Yuhuan is in the south, Yueqing bay is in the west. There are mountains and islands , wide sky and sea.
宝龙·温岭玖都荟，倾听浪咏潮音，撷取浪漫海花。景观设计捕捉一缕海洋气质，这缕气质生长于温岭海岸，不同于中原的广袤大地，以此刻画现代的多元审美。
At Powerlong of Wenling Jiuduhui, you can listen to the wave sound and appreciate the romantic spoondrift. Landscape architect captures a wisp of oceanic flavor that grows in coast of Wenling, which different from the vast land of central China, it can satisfy modern multiple aesthetic effect.
项目示范区地块方正规整，设计寄心于物，依建筑之“实”，寻生活之“空”，在繁花之中铺陈简要，于方寸洞见世间风景。
Demonstration area of this project is upright and regular, the design consigns idea in object, depends on “entity” of architecture, finds “vacancy” of life, and it emerges simply in flourishing flowers, sees the living world scenery in small hole.

石，是陆地和海洋相接的风景，也是人们最常见的物质。二氧化硅经过时光的洗刷，或成为最柔滑的沙粒，或成为最坚硬的石头。人类将其重新雕刻，以最简单的形态、最本朴的色彩来围合成生活的堡垒。
The stone, is the scenery between land and ocean, is also the most common material in people’ eyes. The silica is washed by time, to be the smoothest grain of sand or the hardest stone. Human recarved it which enclosures fortress of life by the simplest form and the the most primitive color.
远远望去，大门的平直屋檐描绘着中原文仪的风范，于近处看，屋檐自有线条折叠，消除凌厉，只余生活的威仪所重。木褐色，温暖而不深沉，近人而不轻佻，引领人们走向中国最传统的建筑记忆。
From a distance, the flat eaves of the gate draw the style of Chinese etiquette，in close to see, the lines of the eaves are folded, eliminating sharp, leaving dignity of life. Ligniform, is a warm and not deep color, it’s close to people and not frivolous, guiding people to arouse the memory of the most traditional Chinese architecture.
虚实相间，是空间的本质。围墙所畔，景观循进另一个方向。草坪、绿植、树木，层次渐进的空间秩序隐约了场所的厚重，形成引人入境的视觉阶梯。
Between the actual and fictitious situation, is the the essence of space. By the wall, is the direction that landscape advances to. The lawn and green plants, trees are progressive tiers, lightening the thick of place, forming a visual ladder which attracts people to come in.
在空间之中，表与里从来没有分明的界限。无论是情感的抒发，还是气质的流淌，设计的逻辑一以贯之，让观赏的人们得到完满的体验。
In the space, there is never a clear limit between surface and interior. Whether it's the expression of emotion, or the flow of temperament, the logical of the design is consistent that is to bring the complete experience to people.
夜幕之下的宝龙·温岭玖都荟，于一片绿意中渲染出空间的幽秘氛围，成就人们对美好生活的第一印象。
Under the night, it renders the quiet atmosphere of the space in the green, creating people's first impression of the good life.
多少人寻门而不入

Time is always a straight road
Zigzag thing, is scenery.
两沿墨台流水去，一幕白墙入帘来。

每一个空间都是一个故事，设计的叙述在这里离开序言，走向正文。水帘的波纹，映照墙的纹路，墙似宣纸洁白，在水幕倒影中被剪开，落成空间剪影，露出光影斑驳。
Every space is a story, the narrative of the design leaves the preface here and moves to the body. The ripple of the water curtain, reflecting the lines of the wall, the walls are as white as rice paper, the reflection is cutted open in the water which becomes space’s silhouette, coming out mottled shadow.
叙事从左侧拐进，水台与绿植构造道路两旁的景观，短暂的路途中，设计于直中设曲，自建幽秘。几何以一种自律的情绪，伴随着水池喷头排列，构造了人们来往时的空间旋律，抹消空间的枯燥。
The narrative turns in from the left, the water table and the green plant structure the landscape on the two roadsides, on the short road, there are some curve roads in the straight roads, along with mystery. The geometry along with the sprinkler heads creats the rhythm of space and wipes out the boredom of space.
体验不在于空间的大小，而是其层次。当繁星在水，灯光朦胧，简约化成一地诗意，繁琐也成了静谧的背景。而风景过后，寻觅只需直行。
The experience is not in the size of the space, but in its hierarchy. When the stars are in the water, the light is in the mist, simplicity becomes a poetry on the ground, fussy becomes a quiet background. You only need to go straight, enjoying the both sides of the landscape.

建筑的方正奠定了整个项目的精神基调，景观在横竖之间，接纳建筑规矩，消解空间逼仄，才让生活变得生动。
The square and upright of the building sets the spiritual tone of the whole project, The landscape is between horizontal and vertical, adopting the rules of architecture, eliminating space’s constraints, aliving the life.
大尺度的玻璃幕墙，透射出现代生活的审美，大小相近的水幕平铺成席，通过玻璃与建筑相互渗透，柔和了场所的气质。
The large scale glass curtain wall launchs the aesthetics of modern life, the water curtains of similar size are laid flat as a mat, penetrateing through glass and building, gentling the temperament of the place.
水幕中心的树植，打破了空间的绝对秩序，并将视线向上下引进，无论是辽阔的天空，还是幽深的水影，都成为观赏的景观。
Tree planting at the center of the water curtain, which breaks the absolute order of the space, and brings the line of sight up and down, whether the vast sky, or the deep shadow of the water, to become the view of the landscape.
树植水中孤岛，枝丫疏密有度。设计在有限的空间内，消解沉重，也没有增添繁杂，只在静候的场所里，种下生活的生机，便绽放出一片天地旷达。
We plant the tree in the water that looks like a islet, the branches are well spaced. In the limit of space, the design removes heavy and don’t add other thing, in the waiting place, we plant the vitality of life, and it will bloom out of a vast world.

示范区建筑是一座富有艺术珍品的展览馆，建筑之外，景观之内，是生活的展区。
In demonstration area, the building is an exhibition hall which has lots of art treasures, outside the building, inside the landscape, is the exhibition area of life.
在建筑的背后，青青草地平铺在地，宛如建筑正面的水幕。一颗树植的点睛，奏响空间的乐章。成人的理性世界，不是生命的枷锁，而是自律与生趣的并行。
Behind the building, the green grass is tiled on the ground, is like the water curtain in front of the building. The finishing touch of a tree plays the music of space. In the rational world of adults,there is no chain of life but self-discipline and joy of life.
于咫尺见天地，要么属于哲人，要么属于孩子。
To see the world from small hole, either a philosopher or a child.
柔软的蓝色铺装坐落于自然的绿意之中，不规则的平面包裹着绿植形成的星与月，塑造了孩子的童话世界。设计以孩子的眼睛看待成人所忽视的日常，座椅与游乐设施以儿童生活的空间尺度，营造了独属于童年的天地。
The soft blue pavement is located in the natural green, the irregular plane is covered with stars and the moon that formed by green plants, shaping the children's fairy tale world. The design is to see things through the eyes of a child who sees everyday but adults ignore, seats and recreation facilities at the spatial scale of a child's life, creating the world that belongs to childhood alone.
空与实、简与繁、直与曲……设计的张力无处不在，但都以人为之准，以情为之动，让空间成为生活的载体，如此，才能安心，方能尽览。
Space and real、simplicity and complex、straight and curved…… the tension of design is everywhere，but it puts people first，space becomes the carrier of life，therefore，people are reassuring and to see scene completely.

精致，从来只为生活所服务，它是现代化的奥秘，是进步的体现。设计通过艺术、历史、文化等多个维度，为生活构建自然的景观。精神所落，便自成一座展馆，但它的目的不是欣赏，正如宝龙·温岭玖都荟，只为体验。
Delicacy, serving for life, it is the secret of modernization, It's a sign of progress. The design through art and history , culture , other dimensions, creating a natural landscape for life. Where the spirit falls, it becomes a pavilion, but it aims not about appreciation, just like Powerlong of Wenling, only for experience.
