You will need to communicate and negotiate with your suppliers, potential investors, customers and employees. Having effective written and verbal communication skills will help you to build good working relationships. Every communication should reflect the image you are trying to project. Lastly, Leadership. If you employ people, leadership will be a key skill. You must be able to motivate your staff in order to get the best out of them and improve productivity. 2.What is the difference between required skills in the past and those at present?
原創答案：Well, firstly I would say from the angle of practice skills, there are huge differences between required skills in the past and those at present , with the ever-increasing advancement of technology ,many skills which are important are no longer necessary any more, such as driving a manual transmission vehicle which is essential for daily traveling in the past , now more and more cars are automated and even smart, you do not have to know how to use gearbox anymore. What is more , currently being computer savvy are required skill in workplace by companies due to the fact most work must be done by computer such as designing ,on the other hand , in terms of soft skills which are a combination of people skills, social skills, communication skills, I do not think there are much difference, coz no matter where you are ,as long as you need to interact with people for relationship, we all should possess excellent soft skills for interpersonal harmony between people, regardless, in the past present or even future.（雅思口語P3情報站）
3.What kind of skills should successful people have?

Firstly Organization is a very important skill for successful people – it helps them to handle responsibility and ensure that they are reliable people. It isn’t just about making sure they are on time to events; organizational skills will ensure they prioritize tasks and find effective solutions to any problems they may encounter. Secondly No matter what your job or status is, communication is an essential part of success.
