19岁澳大利亚女歌手Tones and I凭着单曲《Dance Monkey》全球爆红，歌曲一释出就连续24周稳坐澳大利亚ARIA单曲排行冠军，也在超过30个国家排名第一，也因此从无家可归，晋升为千万豪宅屋主，掀起热议。
Tones and I来自澳大利亚莫宁顿半岛流行歌手兼作曲。本名Toni Watson，生于2000年8月15日（19岁）。在高中时学习如何弹奏键盘和鼓垫，后来在当地音乐节表演累积了经验。
她开始在YouTube频道上传歌曲时年仅16岁。 在2017年9月，Tones前往新南威尔士州的拜伦湾，第一次尝试街头表演 。 在第一个夜晚，她遇到了杰克逊·沃登·布朗，不久之后成为她的经理。 Tones的成功使她辞去了澳大利亚墨尔本的零售工作，并全心投入新的职业生涯。
跟据外媒报道，Tones and I（本名：Toni Watson）早前狠砸510万美元（约3537万元人民币），在澳大利亚墨尔本摩宁顿半岛的海滨小镇沙山买下豪华别墅。据悉，这座豪宅内有5间大套房，其中一间更有蒸气室、桑拿房、瑜珈教室、2间治疗用房间，豪宅外也有大游泳池、BBQ烤炉、华丽大花园。
有消息指她在买下千万豪宅前，就已经在摩宁顿半岛的弗兰克斯顿花了80万美元（约555万元人民币）买房，外界猜测应该是为亲友买的新家。
其实，Tones and I在未成名前是住在箱型车内，之后搬去工作所附的免费宿舍，如今她靠着一首歌致富，搬出箱型车住进千万豪宅，不少网民看了都惊叹：“根本流浪汉变富豪”。
