3月20日，英國人托馬斯在溧陽市集中隔離觀察點結束隔離觀察。托馬斯在我市一培訓機構工作，其於3月5日入境我國併到達溧陽，根據相關規定，他須要在我市集中隔離觀察點進行隔離觀察。這天，托馬斯14天的隔離觀察期結束了，在隔離觀察點參與執勤的張德福是出入境管理部門的外事民警，他在托馬斯離開觀察點前與其進行了交流，當問及托馬斯對於隔離的感想時，得到了托馬斯的盛讚。
張德福：What do you think of the regulation of Chinese government?（你對中國政府的管理有什麼想法？）
托馬斯：Oh, I think they did a very good job. Especially the way we weretreated at the hospital and the way we were treated at the hotel. Everythingwas very well done. The staff worked very hard. They learned everything andproblems we had, and they all did a very good job, It’s very excellent! （哦，我認為他們的工作做得都很棒！尤其是對待醫療和隔離酒店的事宜做得非常到位，各方面都很好。工作人員都很辛勤的工作，他們體貼入微，照顧到我們的方方面面，他們的工作確實很出色，很棒。）
在此，向依然奮戰在疫情防控一線的廣大醫務人員、公安民警、輔警、志願者以及相關工作者，說一聲：“你們辛苦了！”
