Hong Kong Shue Yan University (QS Asia ranking 401-450) has MPhil/PhD in Economics opening (applied in construction e.g. construction safety/civil engineering area):
Monthly Stipend:HKD15,000
Additional scholarship: HKD 60,000 in the first year and HKD30,000 each in the other years (maximum)
