日常生活用我们总需要去询问对方的观点，总是用“What do you think”是不是不够范儿？况且what do you think 并不适合所有情况下的“我觉得”。
外企上班的朋友们，在开电话会议时候，在讨论问题的时候，在汇报工作的时候需要学会用更专业更地道的方式来征询对方的观点。
这次我要牺牲Jack 兄弟，让大家轻松理解和驾驭在不同场合下询问意见。
1)How do you feel about…你觉得怎么样？
例

你觉得杰克的性格如何？
2)What do you mean by… 你的意思是？
例
What do you mean by you don't like to work with Jack?
解释一下，你为什么说不愿意和杰克共事？
3）What would you say … 有什么意见
例
What would you say if I assign Jack to another post?
如果我另外给杰克一个岗位，你有什么意见吗？
4) what’s your view/thoughts on…?对……有何看法/想法？
例
What's your thoughts on how to find a replacement for Jack?
你对如何找一个人来接替杰克有什么想法？
5) Do you have any comments on…?
或者直接说any comments? 做何评价？
例
Do you have any further comments on Jack's performance for the past 2 years?
对杰克近两年的表现，你做何评价，有什么要补充的吗？
6) Could you give me an example of ……能举例说明

Could you give me an example of how Jack fails to meet our expectation?
你能举例说明杰克 为什么没有达到我们的要求？
7)In your experience…就你的经验而言

就你的经验而言，你觉得我们应该如何处理杰克？
8)I'd like to hear what you have to say about this? 我希望听听你的想法
