口罩關店原因分類
第一種，違反亞馬遜公平定價原則。只要郵件中包含“price gouging”或者“Fair Pricing Policy”，那麼賬號就是違反了公平定價原則。
第二種，違反限制類或禁止類產品條例。顧名思義，就是口罩在亞馬遜該站點屬於有條件限制出售，或嚴格禁止出售的產品
申訴機會判斷
店鋪都已經關了，什麼原因是次要的，關鍵在於“能不能解封？”
首先可以說明的是，因為違反公平定價原則而關店的，基本都可以解封，除非是申訴次數太多導致錯失機會或者重複關店導致。
其次，因為違反限制銷售或者禁止銷售條例而關店的，要分情況討論：
l 如果通知郵件中明確列出提供行動計劃，則可以申訴；
l 如果通知郵件中沒有說要提供行動計劃，而且說明要提供證據證明沒有違規，則申訴機會渺茫，解封難度極大
違反公平定價如何申訴
兩種策略，根據不同的原因選擇不同的申訴策略。
如果產品定價並不高，而且產品質量優異采購成本本來就高，而且有真實的採購單或者發票
申訴策略就是指出亞馬遜關店不合理，一條一條列出理由：
（1）中國國內大部分生成廠家被政府徵用，市場上供不應求，價格本來就比平常高出50%以上； Because of most manufacturers in China are requisitioned by the government, which leads the market is in short supply, and the price is more than 50% higher than usual.
（2）由於航空物流管制，導致物流成本急速攀升，當前的物流成本比平常高出40%； Due to the aviation logistics control, the logistics costs have risen rapidly, and it is 40% higher than usual;
（3）由於疫情影響，口罩生產原料價格激增，而且中國國內工人未完全復工，人員成本上漲，最終導致口罩生產成本比平時高出60%以上； Due to the impact of the epidemic, the price of raw materials for face mask production has increased sharply, besides, the workers in China have not fully resumed, resulting in the production cost of face masks being more than 60% higher than usual;

申訴信完成後，我又附上了採購單和發票，證明確實成本高昂
如果產品定價確實虛高。那麼最好是在亞馬遜還給你改過自新的機會的時候乖乖承認錯誤，保證不再違反。
那麼，什麼情況是違反公平定價原則的呢？亞馬遜是這樣規定的：
• 為商品設置會誤導買家的參考價； • 為商品設置過高的價格，使其明顯高於亞馬遜提供的當前價格；或
• 銷售同一商品時，多件銷售的價格比單件銷售時高。
• 為商品設置過高的運費。
怎樣申訴這一類違反公平定價的呢？
首先，承認錯誤。
（1）我不瞭解亞馬遜對於公平定價的相關規定，導致給產品設置了明顯不合理的價格； I don’t understand Amazon ’s policy on Fair Pricing, which resulted in obviously unreasonable prices for products
（2）或者，運營人員因為操作失誤，不小心錯誤設置了過高的價格； Due to the occasional operation error, my employee set excessively high price mistakenly.
其次，說明解決措施。
（1）我立即刪除了所有錯誤的報價，並且設置了一個合理的價格； I immediately deleted all ASINs with wrong price, and set a reasonable price.
（2）通過重新學習亞馬遜對於公平定價的準則，我現在非常瞭解該如何給產品設置合理的價格； By learning Amazon ’s policy for fair pricing again, now I totally understand how to set reasonable prices for products.
最後，說明預防措施。
（1）以後發佈產品前，我將嚴格檢查產品說明，包括產品價格，圖片，標題等等； Before releasing the product in the future, I will strictly check the product description, including product price, pictures, title, etc.
（2）定期閱讀亞馬遜規則，保證時刻知曉亞馬遜對於賣家的相關規定，保證不犯類似的錯誤； I will read Amazon ’s policy regularly to ensure that I am always aware of Amazon Seller Code , and I promise that I will not make similar mistakes again in the future
