今天的话题:员工从哪些方面获得顾客满意度?

Nowadays many adults have full-time jobs and the proportion of their lives spent doing such jobs is very high. So feelings about one’s job must reflect how an individual feels about his or her life as whole, and because of this, job satisfaction is indeed very important for the wellbeing of that person.

Employees get job satisfaction in a number of ways. Firstly, a person needs to feel that they are doing valued and valuable work, so positive feedback from superiors is very important in this respect. A sense of fulfillment is also encouraged if a worker feels the job is worth doing because it contributes to the society or the economy as a whole. Secondly, when someone feels they are improving or developing their skills through training opportunities, for example, then is a sense of progression and purpose that rewards a worker. The sense of belonging to a team or a working community also contributes to job satisfaction because colleagues help each other to enjoy their working lives. Satisfaction is also increased by a sense of responsibility for and loyalty to a team.

Of course not everyone enjoys their work. Hard economic realities mean that many people have little choice in the kind of job they can get. In some cases an employee is working in a job that suits neither their skills nor their personality. Some jobs are repetitive and boring, and labour relations may be poor and lead to resentment and insecurity rather than to job satisfaction.

However, even though it is unlikely that all workers do feel happy in their work, I think it is not unrealistic to promote more job satisfaction in any job. If the factors identified above are implemented, then any job can be improved and more workers can feel greater degrees of job satisfaction.

现在许多成年人都有全职工作,他们花在这些工作上的时间比例很高。所以一个人对于自己工作的感觉肯定会反映出该人对于自己生活的总体感受,因此工作满意度的确对于幸福感的形成至关重要。

员工可以从很多方面获得工作满意度。首先,一个人需要觉得他做的工作有价值并得到尊重,所以在这方面上司的正面反馈就很重要。如果员工觉得他的工作有助于社会或是整体的经济、从而是值得做的,那么他就会有成就感。其次,当人们觉得通过培训等机会他们的技能可以得到长进或发展的话,那么就会感受到收获,取得进步并达成目的。团队或是工作群体的归属感也有助于工作满意度,因为同事之间互相帮助,享受工作生活。对于团队的责任感和忠诚感也能使得满意度提高。

当然并不是每个人都能享受工作。严峻的经济现实意味着许多人在他们能得到的工作类型方面没有什么选择。有时候,员工从事的工作既不适合他们的技能,又不符合他们的性格。一些工作重复而乏味,劳资关系不佳,与其说是带来工作满意度,不如说是导致怨恨和不安全感。

但是。即使所有的员工不太可能在工作中都感到快乐,我依然认为在任何工作中推动实现更多的工作满意度并不是不切实际的。如果上文提到的各个要素能够得到实施,那么任何工作都能得到改善,会有更多的员工在更大程度上实现工作满意度。
