1. Be there or be square
2. Rain or shine
3. Not leave without seeing each other
以上3種都可以表達，而第二種用得最多。第一種是比較老的表達方式。第三種，略顯拖沓，不夠簡明扼要。
舉例說明：
Let’s meet at the school this afternoon rain or shine.
我們下午在學校見哦，不見不散。
hey plan to meet each other at the railway station rain or shine.
他們計劃好明天在火車站不見不散。
My mum and her friend will meet in Church rain or shine the day after tomorrow.
我媽媽和她朋友約好後天在教堂不見不散。
She and I will meet at the same old place in a month rain or shine.
我和她約好一個月後在老地方不見不散。
英語裡面還有很多類似的俗語：
Sleep on it. 意思是等到明天（或以後）再做決定
To wait until next day to make the decision
To break a leg 祝好運
