mess:一团糟、混乱。

mess around：瞎闹闹。
英文释义：to play with or fiddle with something idly and with no good purpose.（即没有目的瞎闹）
英文例句：
别玩那个烟灰缸。
Don't mess around with the ashtray.
延伸：
mess up：把...搞乱了；搞糟了、搞砸了。
who messed up my bed?
（谁把我的床给弄乱了？）
I hope I don't mess up on the quiz.
（我希望我不会把这次小测验搞砸了）
screw up：弄糟、搞砸。

arm：除了有手臂的意思，还有“武器”的意思。

ball是名词，除了指“球”外，还可以指男性的蛋蛋，如果说一个人没有balls，那就是说他没种，没胆量。

My boyfriend has no balls.
你敢一个人过来，真是有种啊！
You have got some balls to come here alone!
zip it：闭嘴
zip是“拉链”的意思，zip it意思就是让对方把自己的嘴用拉链封住。引申为让对方闭嘴的意思。
英语例句：
闭嘴，你真是烦人！
Zip it ! You're so obnoxious.
