美國人力資源網站Vault發佈最新的“2018北美地區諮詢公司50強”(2018 Vault Consulting 50)排行榜，麥肯錫、波士頓諮詢和貝恩諮詢名列前三名。
Vault推出的諮詢公司排名，是目前國際公認的最為權威和客觀的諮詢公司評價體系。該排名核心邏輯是行業同仁的口碑；受訪者無法評估自己的僱主，只可評價他們熟悉的公司。Vault建立本排名的初衷是幫助求職者進行選擇。
Vault的排名通過針對全球範圍內的諮詢顧問進行問卷調研，以同業評估的方式來確定各大國際諮詢公司在業內的排名。為了能正確反映公司在諮詢行業中作為僱主的地位，在2018年的各項評分加權指標中，“聲譽”(prestige)佔30%，“工作滿意度”(satisfaction)佔15%，“薪酬福利”(compensation)佔15%，“企業文化”(firm culture)佔10%，“工作與生活的平衡”(work-life balance)佔10%，“業務展望”(overall business outlook)佔10%，“升遷政策”(promotion policies)佔5%，“推動改變的能力”(ability to challenge)佔5%，通過計算綜合評分來確定最終的排名結果。
