5. Installation 安装

5.1 Installation preparations安装准备

5.1.1 Scheduling 时序安排

■The installation of the electrical trace heating must be temporally coordinated with other installation works. This particularly refers to works carried out at the vessels and surfaces to be heated, the electrical installation and heat insulation.

电伴热的安装工作要同其他工作协调进行。主要指筒体和需电伴热的表面的安装工作,电气安装和加热伴热装置。

■All installation works at the vessels and surfaces must have been completed.

筒体和伴热表面的所有安装工作应已经完成。

■Pressure tests as well as material tests of the piping system should have been terminated prior to installing the electrical trace heating.

在电伴热安装前,请先进行管路系统的压力测试和材料检验。

5.1.2 Inspections prior to installation 安装前检验

■Check whether all material required for the installation of the electrical trace heating is available at the construction site and free of damage.

检查电伴热安装所需的所有材料是否都已经到现场,并且没有损坏。

■Above all, check whether the identification of the heating cable and the components complies with the configuration documents (material list) and type examination certificates.

重要的是,检查加热电缆的规格和其他零件是否符合相关文件要求和是否同检验证书相符合。

■Check on the basis of the product-accompanying installation instructions whether all required tools are completely available.

根据随产品所附的安装说明书要求,检查是否所有安装所需的工具均已齐全。

■Plan the routing of the heating cable by inspecting the vessel/surface to be heated.

设计加热电缆在筒体/伴热表面的布线方法。

■Within this context, pay attention to sharp edges and uneven surfaces which may damage the heating cable and remove them.

检查伴热表面是否有锐利边或不平整,并去除,以免划破电缆。

■Varnished and painted vessels and surfaces must be completely dry before starting installation works.

在电伴热安装之前,上过漆的表面必须完全干燥后再进行。

■Verify whether the actual surface to be heated complies with the calculated surface.

核对实际所需伴热表面是否同原计算的表面一样。

■Prior to routing the heating cable, verify whether the vessel/surface dimensions comply with the dimensions used for design dimensioning. Only cut the heating cable to length after it has been routed and fixed in accordance with the design dimensioning.

在布线前,核对筒体/表面的实际尺寸是否与原设计的尺寸一致。然后按照设计尺寸要求在布好线,固定好后再把电缆安装到设备表面。

5.2 Installation of the heating cable 加热电缆安装方法

5.2.1 Routing of the heating cable - installation of the fixing accessories

加热电缆布线----(钩钉焊接安装)

■Approx. 5 fixing pins per square meter must be attached to the surface to be heated by means of spot welding.

每平方米伴热表面需要点焊大约5个固定钉。

■ The points for the welding spots on the surface to be heated must be cleaned by means of an angle grinder or a similar device (sketch 1).

伴热面上的需要点焊的地方必须先用一角形磨刀或其他类似工具清理干净(见示意图1)

■ Then, the fixing pins are welded to the surface by means of spot welding (sketch 2).

然后,将固定钉点焊到伴热面上。(见示意图2)

5.2.2 Installation of the heating cable 加热电缆安装方法

■ To unroll the heating cable, use a stable fixture for the heating cable reel.

展开加热电缆,电缆轴要用一稳定的固定装置。

■ Evenly wind the heating cable off the reel (sketch 5). Avoid extensive pulling as well as bending and crimping of the heating cable.

均匀的展开加热电缆(如示意图5)。展开过程中注意不要用力拉扯,不要弯卷,卷边。

■ When rolling the heating cable off the reel, observe that the cable does not run over corners or sharp edges.

在展开过程中要特别注意,不要让电缆经过转角和接触较锐利的边角。

■ Do not step on the heating cable! Do not use the heating conductor as a stepping loop! Do not drive over the heating cable with a vehicle and keep other people from driving over the cable.

注意不要踩塌电缆!不要将热导体作为每圈的分段。不要让卡车轧过电缆!

fixed by means of the EMK or EKL spacing strip attached beforehand (sketch 5)Prior to routing the heating cable, the spacing strips are fixed to the surface to be heated by means of fixing pins and locking washers attached beforehand or by means of welding. For this purpose, the surface is punctually cleaned in accordance with the partitioning to prepare the fixing pins’ welding by means of the weld clamp (refer to 5.2.1; 5.2.2).

在加热电缆布线之前,先将固定钉焊接的方式固定在伴热表面上。当然,需要焊接固定钉的表面也已经按照要求清洁完毕(参见5.2.1和5.2.2)

■When routing the heating cable, always observe the minimally permissible bending radius! (5 x external diameter for EKL and EMK).

在布线过程中,要时刻留意下允许的最小弯曲半径(EKL和EMK外径的5倍)

Example: 例如

ED heating cable = 3 mm

加热电缆外径=3mm

Cable spacing = Factor bending radius x external diameter heating cable

电缆间距=弯曲半径系数X加热电缆外径

Cable spacing = 5 x 6 mm = 30 mm

电缆间距=5X6=30mm

■When routing the heating cable, observe that the heating cable can be re-routed without any junctions. Could lead must be out of insulation.

在布置电缆时,注意不能有电焊作业。不能有电伴热之间的交叉重叠

电伴热冷端焊接头须露出保温材料否则要重新布置。

■When routing, consider all fixtures and extensions of vessels and surfaces.

布线过程中,要注意伴热面的固定装置和加强筋。

■Both with the EKL as well as with the EMK, the heating cable terminations consist of transition sleeves and a connected cold cable. For electrical connection, the ends of the cold cables are inserted in the terminal box and connected in accordance with the terminal plan.

无论是EKL或者是EMK,加热电缆端应包括有过渡套管和一连接用冷电缆。对于电气连接,冷电缆端部要插入接线盒中,与相应的端子板连接。

5.3 Installation of accessories 辅件安装方法

5.3.1 BARTEC system accessories BARTEC系统辅件

Beside the heating cable, the following system accessories are usually required for the complete installation of a heating circuit:

5.3.2 Further installation instructions 其他安装说明

■Prior to installing the power supply lines, install the heating cable connections.

加热电缆接线要在安装电源线前安装

■Install terminal boxes in a freely accessible way.

接线盒要安装在可以任意到达的地方。

■When positioning the terminal boxes, make sure that the box entries with cable and heating cable screw connections do not point upwards.

在布置接线盒时,要注意接线盒电缆和加热电缆螺丝接头不要朝上。

■When installing connections, ensure the existing cable paths can be further used.

在安装接头时,要注意保证以有的电缆线路仍能使用。

■During installation, keep the terminal boxes closed as long as possible to provide protection against dirt and humidity.

在安装过程中,要尽可能长时间的保证端子箱封闭,以防污物进入和防潮。

■Check for a proper establishment of the termination system and the correct functioning of the heating circuit by measuring the insulation and the loop resistance (Chapter 9).

检查端子系统和加热电路是否正确安装,主要检查其绝缘性能和电阻

After the installation of boxes, check: 在各盒子安装完毕后,检查以下内容:

whether suitable and approved screw connections and filler plugs have been used and whether they have been properly installed.

是否选择了正确的螺丝接头和插头,其是否正确安装

for a tight fit of screw connections and filler plugs.

螺丝接头和插头安装松紧度是否适当

for a tight fit of the box at the mounting bracket.

盒子安装在支架上松紧度是否恰当

Ensure whether the requirements stipulated in the type examination certificates have been met.

5.4 Acceptance and inspection 验收和检验

注意:一定要在加热电路检验合格之后再配置伴热系统。

Inspection process 检验工艺

■Prior to the correct routing of the heating cable, particularly observe that

在布置加热电缆之前,需特别留意以下:

the heating cable fits tightly with the vessel/surface

加热电缆要适当固定在伴热表面上

the heating cable does not show any contact points or junctions

加热电缆无交叉点和漏出点

the heating cable does not show any damage

加热电缆无任何损伤

■Check for a proper installation of terminals, connections and terminal boxes as well as temperature controllers and sensors (visual check).

检查端子、接头和端子箱以及温度控制器和传感器是否正确安装(目测)

■Check for a proper installation of the limiter sensor (mandatory for heating circuits in hazardous areas), as well as for the limiter setting.

检查限位传感器(危险区域的加热电路必须安装)和限位装置是否正确安装

■With stabilized design, verify the conditions stipulated in the project documentation for compliance.

确认本电路设计和适用情形符合本项目相关规范要求。
