Within 2 months after the city's scenic spots are opened, all scenic spots and the vehicles in the scenic spots will implement a "buy 1 get 1 free" discount for domestic and foreign tourists.
三湘都市報·新湖南客戶端2月27日訊（記者 丁鵬志）記者今日從張家界市獲悉，該市武陵源景區從2月27日起率先恢復對外開放，天門山景區及其他等級景區在全面做好疫情防控工作的基礎上也將於近期陸續恢復開放。
近日，張家界市出臺了《張家界市旅遊景區有序開放工作方案》，針對景區恢復開放提出了5大方面共計40條要求，以保障廣大遊客的生命安全和身體健康。各開放景區均制定了《景區新冠肺炎防控工作實施方案》《景區應急處置工作預案》《景區開放風險評估報告》，設立有醫務室和臨時隔離點，採取了全方位的消毒防疫措施，對全體員工進行了專業的防疫安全服務培訓。疫情期間景區日接待量不超過去年同期接待量的50%，瞬間流量不超過最大瞬時流量的30%，團隊遊客不超過30人。
此外，張家界市還要求涉旅各單位按照“36字”口訣為遊客在張遊覽提供全過程、全方位服務和提示，即“實名制、測體溫、戴口罩、勤消毒、常洗手、多通風、分餐制、間隔坐、分開住、不聚集、全程管、零報告。”
在優惠政策上，張家界全市景區開放後至2020年12月31日，所有景區及景區內交通工具對全國醫護人員實行免票。全市景區開放後2個月時間內，所有景區及景區內交通工具對國內外遊客實行門票“買1送1”優惠。
