剛剛Vicki和Jennifer的對話中出現了兩個從句，你記得是哪兩個嗎？

第一個句子的從屬連詞是although，第二個句子的從屬連詞是though。

although和though都是“雖然；儘管”的意思，第一句話的意思是：雖然外面很冷，但裡面非常暖和。

由這兩個句子可知，由although和though連接的，表示“雖然……，（但是）……”的從句，叫作“讓步狀語從句”。

關於though和although這兩個從屬連詞，有三點是我們要注意的哦。（although和though的用法）
1.although和though都意為“雖然；儘管”，though較普遍，常用於非正式的口語或書面語中，而although較為正式，語氣比though重。
2. although和though都不能和but連用， 只能選擇其一，因為他們屬於不同類型的連詞，不能混用。 也就是說剛剛對話中的兩個句子不可以表達成：
Although it’s very cold outside, but it’s quite warm inside.
But we can eat ice cream inside though it’s snowing outside.
那有其他的連詞和它們連用來表達“雖然......但是......”的意思嗎？比如although和though可以和yet或still連用，構成though/although...yet或though/although..still，意思是“雖然......但是......”。
例如：Although he was tired, he was still working. 雖然他很累，但他還在工作。
Though he is young, yet he knows a lot.雖然他很年輕，但是他知道很多。
3.even可以和though搭配使用，此時even though = even if，表示“即使.......也......”。但是even不可以和although搭配使用哦。Molly，你能用even though舉個例子嗎？
