過去將來時
過去將來時的構成和一般將來時的構成一樣，只要把助動詞 will，shall 變為過去式即可
肯定句：
主語+ would/should+動詞+其他
否定句：
主語+ would/should+ not+動詞+其他
疑問句：
Would/Should+主語+動詞+其他
過去將來時的用法
過去將來時是表示在過去預計將要發生的動作或存在的狀態
（1）過去將來時表示從過去的某一時間看, 將來要發生的動作或存在的狀態
過去將來時常用在賓語從句中
I didn't know if she would come.
我不知道她是否會來。
（2）常用於含時間狀語從句或條件狀語從句的主句中
He promised that he would pay me a lot if I helped him with the project．
他答應付給我許多錢，如果我幫助他搞那個項目。
Every time when he was free, he would sit down and read some books.
每次只要他有空，他就會坐下來看看書。
（3）過去將來時的其他表達方式與一般將來時一樣，只不過我們要把有關動詞改為過去式
You were going to give me your address but you didn't.
你準備給我你的地址的，可你當時沒給我。
Mr. Green was leaving for Hawaii few hours later.
格林先生幾個小時後就要到夏威夷去。
The conference on SARS was to be held the next week．
關於SARS的討論會將在第二週舉行。
I was about to turn on the power of the computer when the electricity was cut off.
我正要打開電腦電源，這時電被切斷。
（4）“would+動詞原形”可表示過去習慣性的動作。此時，不管什麼人稱，都可用would
When he was a child, he would get up early.
他年幼時，總是很早起床。
