2020年3月20日，星期五，英国正式停摆了，像众多的欧洲国家一样。短短的10天内，我们见证了现代社会可能头一次如此高频率的各国领导人电视讲话。
3月11日，意大利总理朱塞佩·孔特宣布意大利停摆。
3月16日，法国总统宣布法国处于“战争状态”。
3月19日，德国总理默克尔呼吁民众团结起来应对“二战以来的最严峻挑战”。
3月20日，英国首相鲍里斯·约翰逊携财政部长里希·苏纳克宣布英国停摆。（财相的讲演堪称精彩，甚至许多英国网民都开始认定苏纳克为下一届首相人选）。他的讲演一定不要错过！
欧美多年的战争历史上好多次因为语言和文字，所有人团结起来，共同面对困境。这些非同寻常的文字能量改变了这些国家。它让每个听演讲的人内心充满信息和坚定的信仰。
意大利
There is no more time. I will take responsibility for these measures. Our future is in our hands.

2020年庚子年，注定是一个不寻常的一年。全球化和人性一次又一次的经受着考验。人类面临危机的时候都会有不同的反应，有夺路而逃的，也有停下来看看能拉谁一把的，这都是人性的不同面。
身边有学生为大学医院筹措防护物资的，有朋友问隔壁邻居老人是否需要帮忙去超市购物的，有上班族统计愿意接受物资捐赠医院的，有创业者把朋友拉群相互帮助以防出现食物短缺的。
