高频口语：“请人帮忙”千万不要说 “Can you help me” ，这样很不礼貌！
1、Could / Would you do me a favor?
could这个词常常用于询问和请求，听起来比简单粗暴的“can”有礼貌得多，而“Would you do me a favor?” 是更加正式的表达。
这两种问句用于话题开始询问他人是否愿意提供帮助。
do me a favor是个很常用的短语，要记住它。
例句：
-Could you do me a favor in the kitchen?
你能帮我到厨房做点事吗？
-Would you do me a favor and come up here and convince yourself that three are already in there?
你能帮我个忙，到这里来证实一下,里面已经有3个了吗？
2、Could you possibly...
后接动词原形请求对方做某些明确的行为，适用于日常生活。使用possibly非常委婉，意思是“可能地”，有一种弱弱的感觉，你可能会帮助我一下吗？
例句：
-Could you possibly tell me what the homework assignment is?
你能不能告诉我有什么作业?

3、Would you mind...
这句话后面接动词的ing形式，也就是你希望对方做什么，就用什么动词+ing，此用法适用于日常生活。

4、Could I trouble you to...
这句话用于更正式的场合，trouble这个词更显得谦卑，表示自己很不好意思给别人造成麻烦了。

5、Can you give me a hand?
相比于前面几句，这句话更随意，更适合对熟人说。
give me a hand，直译是“给我一只手”，那就是在你忙得不可开交的时候，请求别人助你一臂之力。
例句：
-This is rather heavy. Can you give me a hand?
这个相当重，你能助我一臂之力吗？
6、怎样对向你求助的人表示“可以”？
-No problem.没问题。
-Sure.当然。
-My pleasure.我的荣幸。
-I‘d be glad to help you 我很乐意帮助你。
-Why not? 表示“没有理由不同意”，也可以翻译为“当然”、“很愿意”。
