菏泽是中国牡丹之都，牡丹的栽培历史非常悠久，有“曹州牡丹甲天下”的美誉。谷雨时节，千余种牡丹竞相盛放，庭院里、街巷中、公园内、大田上随处可见，姹紫嫣红，流光溢彩。红牡丹鲜嫩欲滴，白牡丹清爽秀丽，紫牡丹端庄大气，绿牡丹高贵典雅，复色牡丹风姿绰约。您来这里，一定会被牡丹沁人心脾的芳香迷醉。
除了欣赏牡丹的美丽，您还可以品尝清新的牡丹茶，爽口的牡丹糕，回味无穷的牡丹宴，购买牡丹鲜花精油、牡丹洗护用品等等。尤其以牡丹为题材的文化创意产品，非常有特色，比如我手边的牡丹瓷盘，它作为特色文创产品在故宫展示销售，深受游客喜爱；还有巨野画师创作的《花开盛世》《锦绣春光》等巨幅画作，在青岛上合峰会和上海进博会大放异彩。可以说，牡丹文化已经深深融入大家的衣食住行中。
