医护人员为死难者默哀
一、欧洲150万人感染
据法新社周六统计，欧洲已经记录了150多万例冠状病毒病例，几乎占全球总数的一半。
欧洲至少有1506853人感染，其中包括140260人死亡，欧洲是受影响最严重的大陆。全世界有3350224例病例和238334人死亡。
西班牙有215216人感染，24824人死亡，意大利有207 428人感染，28236人死亡，英国有177454人感染和27 510人死亡，法国167346人感染和24 594人死亡，德国161 703人感染和6 575人死亡，这是官方感染人数超过150000人的五个欧洲国家。
法新社收集了各国官方公布的数据和世界卫生组织(世卫组织)提供的资料，这一数字可能只反映了实际感染人数的一小部分。许多国家只检测最严重的病例。
二、危重冠状病毒病人超过70%是男性
根据新的数据，70%以上接受危重治疗的冠状病毒患者是男性。这些数据来自重症监护英国国家审计和研究中心(ICNARC)，以7542名确诊患有冠状病毒的危重病人为样本。
研究人员发现，5389名患者为男性，而女性为2149名。上周五发表的这份报告还发现，男性在危重护理中死亡的可能性更大，51%的人死于护理，而女性的这一比例约为43%。
报告发现，在记录了护理结果的5139名接受危重护理的病人中，总共有49%已经死亡。
ICNARC首席统计学家大卫·哈里森(DavidHarrison)表示，性别不同显示出“巨大的差距”。

根据英国卫生部公布的数据，5月2日英国疫情如下：
截至5月2日上午9时，共进行了1 129 907次检测，5月1日进行了105 937次检测。
825，946人接受了检测，其中182，260人检测呈阳性。一天来检测了63,667人。
截至5月1日下午5时，在英国检出的冠状病毒阳性者中，28，131人不幸死亡。这一新的数字包括所有情况下的死亡人数，而不仅仅是在医院。旧措施下的相应数字为23 701。
