Hill landscape: Hainan Xinbu Island, located in the Meilan District of the golden coastline of Haikou, is the estuary of the Strait of Qiongzhou with a fame of the legendary sea vein. Country Garden · Central Peninsula is situated at the northernmost end of Xinbu Island as well at the estuary of Nandu River, occupying a majority of the island. Relying on the goal of “a high-end coastal comprehensive development zone” of Xinbu Island, the project’s integral planning integrates the sea, bay, river, island, and garden into the grand nature and perfectly creates a large-scale commercial complex of a coastal holiday resort that celebrates a seashore lifestyle. It will create the world’s leading ecological CBD in the future, establish a world-class zero-carbon new city, and define a neo-urban life in modern cities.
The Haikou Country Garden Central Peninsula project is located on the main axis of urban development, possessing superior resources. It is another strategic work on Country Garden’s seashore life blueprint. It is dedicated to creating an internationally renowned private peninsula in the ocean city: hide the vision in the hearts and access to a new height on the mountain of a peninsula life.
向海而興，造灣區大境 Rising towards the sea, Habitating in the bay area
希爾景觀團隊在設計過程中對場地進行了充分的分析，綜合項目土地規劃進行深度創新，將旅遊產業和住宅產業相結合，打造全新的城市旅遊地產形象。同時注重以產業帶動生活，賦予新的生命力，形成適合休閒度假、生態健康的島居新市鎮生活，成為生態健康度假島居的新市鎮。
Through a thoughtful analysis of the site, the HILLscape team brought up an innovative design in terms of project zoning, combined with the tourism and residential industry to create a brand new urban tourism real estate image. At the same time, the industry-driven lifestyle gives new vitality to the project, forming a new town in an island village suitable for leisure vacation and ecological health.
濱海景觀帶 Coastal Landscape Belt
在濱海景觀帶的規劃設計中，希爾設計團隊整合基礎設施、建築、碼頭等元素，引申出“折線”與“水波”形式作為場地造型的基調，將海線、波心、魚群等海洋生物進行提取，提出“魚行上岸”的創意，巧妙應用於景觀序列表現、鋪裝臺階、海濱人行道中，塑造出簡潔流暢、極富韻律的雕塑肌理美感，將海洋風情詼諧地點綴於景觀小品中，構築現代感十足的濱海帶狀景觀，時時處處營造愜意休閒的度假氛圍。
In the planning and design of the coastal landscape zone, the HILLscape design team integrated elements such as infrastructure, architecture, and wharf, and extended the “fold line” and “water wave” as the tone of the site pattern. Extracting from the sea line, wave heart, fish and other marine life, HILLscape put forward the idea of “fishing ashore” and cleverly applied to landscape sequence performance, paving steps, seaside walkways, creating the beauty of a simple and smooth, rhythmic sculpture texture, humorously embellishing the marine style in the landscape, establishing a modern coastal landscape belt, and making a comfortable and relaxing holiday atmosphere everywhere.
商業景觀帶 Business landscape zone
商業區與濱海景觀區是一個整體，同時又各有側重，在商業區景觀帶的設計中團隊融合了國際化先進手法，在精心佈局與立體規劃之上，巧妙銜接，以商業帶動生活，賦予景觀新的生命力，營造現代、生態的複合型半島大城，納萬象繁華，聚海上都會。臨街道路的景觀轉換區域分為對外的沿街立面以及內向型體驗空間，其中對外的沿街立面主要強調整齊劃一的沿街道路景觀，對內的體驗空間由於視線較近，強調小尺度的空間營造。
The commercial area and the coastal landscape area are a whole, and at the same time, each has its focus. In the design of the commercial area landscape zone, the team has integrated international advanced methods. With a careful layout and three-dimensional planning, it is cleverly connected to promote life with business and gave the new vitality to the landscape, creating a modern and ecological peninsula city, which is full of prosperity and human activities. The landscape conversion area along the street is divided into external facades and inward-facing experience spaces. The external facades mainly highlight the uniform landscape along the street. The internal experience space emphasizes the micro-spaces experience due to the limited sight.
別墅住宅景觀 Villa residential landscape
由於項目領域擁有大面積水系，以及江、河、海、灣四景匯聚的風景岸線，設計應用橋樑串聯奢華別墅島，其間包涵別墅、洋房、公寓多種業態選擇，建面約230-465㎡品級別墅、建面約46-125㎡海景墅式公寓同時上線。景觀實現了真正地將藝術、生態與濱海居住融合，整個設計綜合土地規劃深度創新，融合多維景觀推敲，錯落式佈局，引入庭院景觀風光，打造出有序列層次的空間體驗界面，使生態濱水形象得以呼應，最終成就出濱江傍海、生態優美的高端休閒度假區，現代海岸島居生活圈和唯美文旅勝地。
Due to the large water system in the project area and the scenic shoreline where the four views of rivers, rivers, seas, and bays converge, the design uses bridges to connect the luxury villa islands, including villas, houses, and apartments. There are various choices such as Villas of 230 – 465 ㎡and Ocean View Apartments of 46 – 125 ㎡. The landscape realizes the integration of art, ecology and coastal living. The entire design is deeply innovated referring to the comprehensive land planning, integrating multi-dimensional landscape and staggered layout, introducing courtyard landscape scenery, creating a sequence of spatial experience, and reflecting the ecological waterfront image. The project forms a riverside and seaside, ecologically beautiful high-end leisure resort, a modern coastal island living circle, and a beautiful cultural tourist attraction.
