全方位云台控制系统的设计

这是以前自己写的一篇论文,现在整理一下,发出来。

摘 要:

安全监控是随着人们生活生产需求应运而生的一项安全技术,云台系统作为前端转动控制部件,在整个系统中起到非常重要的作用。云台是一种安装在摄像机支撑物上的工作平台, 用于摄像机与支撑物之间的连接,同时它具有水平和垂直运动的功能,在云台水平、垂直运动的同时,它也带动摄像机做相同的运动,这样就可以通过控制云台的运动来控制摄像机的运动, 它与摄像机配套使用能达到扩大监视范围的目的, 提高了摄像机的使用价值。在过去的几年的时间里,随着技术发展和用户需求的变化,云台的设计也在飞速的发展,云台的设计从当初只能朝水平或竖直方向旋转,视野极不开阔,局限性很强.到现在可以实现水平和竖直方向的旋转,到执行机构步进电机的使用,可实现精确定位,可实现手动和远程双重控制。本论文设计了以 STC89C52RC 单片机为控制器的全方位云台控制系统,同时通过 RS-485 总线的串口通信实现与上位机机之间的通信。该控制系统由单片机控制模块、键盘模块、电机驱动模块、远程控制模块组成,进行硬、软件设计、调试和仿真。

The omni-directional yuntai contral system

Abstract:

Safety monitoring is with the people s life and production demand arises at thehistoric moment of a security technology,pan tilt system as a front-end rotationcontrol unit, in the whole system plays very important role.Yuntai is a mounted in the camera support on working platform for between thecamera and supports connection,at the same time, it is the function of horizontal and vertical motion,in Yuntai horizontal and vertical motion at the same time, it also drives the camera to do the same movement,so that you can through the movement of the yuntai control to control the camera motion,it and camera supporting use to expand the scope of surveillance and improve the use value of the camera.In the past few years time, with changes in technology development and the needs of the user,platform design also in the rapid development, platform design from had only to rotate toward the horizontal or vertical direction, the field of vision is not open,the limitation is very strong. Now can rotate in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction to the actuator stepper motor using,achieve precise positioning can realize the manual and remote dual control. This paper design a Yuntai control system using STC89C52RC MCU based on analysis of the Yuntai of the structure and it's control requirements. And the same time realize communication of computer through serial communication of RS-485 bus. MCU control module, keyboard module, motor driver module and remote control module comprise the control system. And complete the corresponding software design, testing and simulation.
