周有信，字弋展，號範香，河北涿州市人，大學文化，曾軍旅工作、生活三十多年，任師職軍官，大校軍銜。後轉業地方工作，在甘肅省委工作多年，享受正廳級幹部待遇。
自幼喜愛書畫藝術，多年來一直勤學勤練，數次參加全國性書畫大展賽，有百餘幅作品入展獲獎，兩幅書法作品被人民大會堂永久收藏，先後多次書畫名家歐陽中石、沈鵬、李鐸、張海、蘇士澍、劉大為、黃永玉、範曾等老師合作出版書畫專輯，得到了名家老師們的肯定和高度評價。先後任中國國家高級書法師、中國文聯名譽顧問、中國文聯名譽副主席，世界華人書畫藝術協會名譽主席、中國國粹藝術研究會副主席、香港中華藝術家協會榮譽會長、中國書法家協會理事、中國書畫家協會理事、中國書畫創作院理事、中國書法研究院研究員、甘肅省國畫院顧問、甘肅省詩書畫聯誼會顧問等職。
