虽然看英语原版书入门比较迟，我是从高中的时候开始看英语原版书的，也是从入门书籍开始的，我就把我这些年看过的英语原版书籍，难度从简单到复杂排列的分享给你，做一下参考吧！

1.入门级：适合小学高年级

2.300生词量，适合初一、初二学生

英语阅读，首先要有基础的词汇量，基础的语法（语法也可以看做是开始学习简单的句型），推荐可以使用一些app，如百词斩，拓词、扇贝等，还有一些直播在线的英语课对标准发音也不错！有了以上的基础我们就可以开始读易懂好学的英文原版书了，以下的这几本英语阅读入门书推荐给大家：

1、哈利波特系列（Harry Potter）

这个大概有6000左右的词汇差不多就可以看了，对于培养人的阅读能力超棒，随着情节难度慢慢加深，一部很吸引人的青年冒险作品。如果能配合语音来听就更好了，读完一整套对阅读理解能力和词汇量都会有很大的提升。

2、小王子（The Little Prince）

建议是买彩色有配图、中英文对照版的，只要初中水平就可以看了，单词、故事情节简单，但很有意义，可以多看几遍，每一遍都会有不同的感悟，强烈推荐这本书，很适合初学者阅读。

3、怦然心动（Flipped）

4、心灵鸡汤（Chicken Soup for the Soul）
只要2000-3000的词汇量就可以看了，且全都是短篇小说，积极向上的！里面有很多不错的句子，写作文都可以用进去。比如：In life，there are enough times when we are disappointed,depressed and annoyed.we do not really have to go looking for them.We have a wonderful world that is full of beauty,light and promise.生活中，很多时候，我们都会感到失望、沮丧和厌烦，但我们不必刻意去寻找这些负面的事情。我们拥有一个奇妙的世界，充满美、光明和希望。

5、鸡皮疙瘩系列（The Goosebumps)

英文版的初中水平就可以阅读了，大部分都是简单易懂的，这个系列差不多有60来本，看完绝对词汇量大增！

其实，入门级的英语阅读书籍还有不少呢，大家可以去网上或书店找找看！建议边阅读边做笔记，这样对英语阅读能力的提高会更好。

授人以鱼不如授人以渔，分享一个秘传小技巧，教你怎么查英文原版书的难易程度是否适合自己。

蓝思（Lexile）分级是美国教育科研机构专门帮助学生鉴定图书阅读难度的网站，以帮助美国的学生们能够找到适合自己阅读能力的书。

网站地址是这个The Lexile® Framework for Reading，不行的话就百度也能出来

分级的单位是Lexile（一般简写为L），这个单位怎么来的呢？

就是读懂一本超级低幼读物，和读懂一本百科全书之间的差距，除以1000，得到这个单位，一个Lexile。

点进去后，直接右上角就有搜索框

输入英文书的书名，点一下search

结果就出来了

以《小王子》为例，网站显示《小王子》的难度是710L

那么蓝思分级的数字和我们的能力怎么对应呢？

如下图：

高一就可以阅读650L到850L的书 所以根据表格右边的年级，选择合适难度的书，

但数据是死的，人是活的。如果你读了之后发现对自己太难或者太简单，那就选难度更低或更高的书呗。

下面是我推荐的一些难度较低，又非常好看、评分很高的书，也会附上书中的一些句子，大家参考看看难度：

Charlotte's Web（680L）夏洛的网

这是我读完的第一本英文原版书 一个非常感人的童话故事

1. When your stomach is empty and your mind is full, it's always hard to sleep.

2. The quickest way to spoil a friendship is to wake somebody up in the morning before he is ready.

3. Life is always a rich and steady time when you are waiting for something to happen.

The Little Prince（710L）小王子

根本无需多介绍

If you were to say to the grown-ups: "I saw a beautiful house made of rosy brick, with geraniums in the windows and doves on the roof," they would not be able to get any idea of that house at all. You would have to say to them: "I saw a house that cost $20,000." Then they would exclaim: "Oh, what a pretty house that is!"

The Book Thief（730L）偷书贼

看完哭的稀里哗啦，泪如雨下

“他打动了我，每次都打动了我，这是他造成的唯一伤害，他踩住了我的心，让我哭泣” 正像温柔的死神这样说鲁迪一样。

偷书贼，这样一本絮叨的故事，在他乡的孤馆里，摇曳的火车上，打动了我，让我泪流满面。

The Giver（760L）赐予者

The Giver，翻译为赐予者，这本200页不到的小书描述了一个乌托邦社会，但有一个人例外，他一个人承担了整个世界该有的记忆，他必须独自承受痛苦、恐惧、和孤单，而他也同时知道什麼是温暖、幸福和爱。这个人被称为the receiver of memory，也就是the Giver。

当12岁的男主角Jonas成为这个the receiver of memory的接班人后，他得到了他以前所不曾有过的经验，而当他知道愈多时，他愈发现这个世界的不合理，最后他选择了逃离……

Jonas felt a ripping sensation inside himself, the feeling of terrible pain clawing its way forward to emerge in a cry.

Memories are not just about the past, they determine our future. I had learned that knowing of what something is, is not the same as knowing how something feel. I got lost ... to good kind of lost. Have faith, the Giver told me. Faith, that was seeing beyond. He compared it to the wind: something felt but not seen.

Wonder（790L）

美国作家R. J.帕拉秋创作的一部关于“勇敢”的少年小说，描绘了一个充满泪水、爱与希望的生命旅程，述说一个平凡的男孩如何接纳自己、勇敢长大的不凡故事。

I know I’m not an ordinary ten-year-old kid. I mean, sure, I do ordinary things. I eat ice cream. I ride my bike. I play ball. I have an XBox. Stuff like that makes me ordinary. I guess. And I feel ordinary. Inside. But I know ordinary kids don’t make other ordinary kids run away screaming in playgrounds. I know ordinary kids don’t get stared at wherever they go.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory（810L）查理和巧克力工厂

我不知道我这个年龄的人，再读这类的幻想文学是不是太过幼稚。

不过有一些例外，那些能在诙谐幽默语言中带给人心灵的洗濯的经典，无论对于哪个年龄段的人们，哪怕就是老到白发替代了黑发；光滑的皮肤被沟壑取代，也不会过时。

阅读时因为难得的流畅 而对故事能更好地感受 真好。

最让人惊喜的当然是地下的那个奇妙的巧克力世界 我甚至发现了3D打印的雏形 哈哈 童话很美好。

Although it seemed to have little to do with the book, I still felt outraged to see such a man who was successful and prestigous back home became a worker at the gas station.

For Amir and his Baba, they had no choice because they had to escape from the war. However, I do not understand how can the thousands of immigrants give up their families, friends, memories and successes to a foreign place where there are no families and friends.

They have to start from nothing and they can never be successful again. Most of them cannot find a job. If they did, it would be a waiter or waitress at a restuarant, or a worker in a small company paid with minimal wage. Their intelligience is buried in their homeland, which no one in a foreign country would value.

The House on Mango Street（870L）芒果街上的小屋

《芒果街上的小屋》所记录的，是从女孩蜕变为女人的过程，是少女时代的最后一段光阴。作品的触角伸向生活的每个角落，妈妈，婶婶，一朵小云彩，一只小狗，一次小伤心，一点小悸动在少女澄澈的眼底，这些都打上了“家”和“回忆”的记号

Someday I will have a best friend all my own. One I can tell my secrets to. One who will understand my jokes without my having to explain them.

Until then I am a red balloon, a balloon tied to an anchor.

One day we were passing a house that looked, in my mind, like houses I had seen in Mexico.

Harry Potter系列（880L）

魔法词汇较多，可能会难一些

To have been loved so deeply, even though the person who loved us is gone, will give us some protection forever.

Peter Pan（920L） 　

童话都是大人写的。当我们长大后，带着一颗童心重读那些儿时听过的故事，才能越明白大人所讲的童话。

Every child is affected thus the first time he istreated unfairly…

After you have been unfair to him he will love you again, but he will never afterwards be quite the same boy.

No one ever gets over the first unfairness; no one except Peter.

He often met it, but he always forgot it.

I suppose that was the real difference between him and all the rest.

芝士就是力量

推荐3本非常经典的英文小书，英语不是我们的母语，所以这3本书不仅适合青少年阅读，成人很适合，因为书里面讲述的都是普世价值观。

第一本，《Charlotte’s Web》夏洛特的网

这是一本讲述奇幻故事的书籍，还被拍成了电视剧，如果你觉得心里没底，可以先行看一看电视剧，对故事情节有个大概的了解。

具体的故事内容我就不多说了，但这本书语言非常简单，原本就是给欧美小孩设计的书籍，所以阅读起来并没有很多障碍。

这本书传递了几个普适价值观：爱、信念、救赎、快乐、幸福等等，它告诉我们，永远要感恩你所认识的朋友，以及这世上爱你的人，他们都是你一生最珍贵的财富。

第二本，《The Old Man and the Sea》老人与海

整本书篇幅很短，虽然说有一些比较难的词语，比如马林鱼，如果不是专门查字典，我也不认识这个词语，但这些词语并不会阻碍我们阅读这本书。因为，故事的情节太过于精彩。

第三本，《Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone》哈利波特与魔法石

最后，这3本书其实并不会耗费你太多时间，网上也都可以搜到电子版的书籍，至少要为抽1个周末就能读完1-2本了。

每个人的兴趣和英语能力不同，所需的书单也就不同。

所以书单需要自己去寻找。

要找“入门类书籍”最关心该原版书籍的特征我认为有以下几个：

一、这本书我能读懂多少？

如果英语能力不怎么样，拿起一本很难的书籍估计读两页就进行不下去了。

关于书籍的难度，前面已经有人推荐了一种方法，查询该书的“蓝思值”。但有人反映，国外查询蓝思值的网站有时候不是很准确，这时推荐一个类似的值，叫“BL（Book Level）”，且叫它“书本指数”，它是由平均句子长度、平均单词长度，词汇难度加权计算得到的。大小0.1-20.0。也是查询书籍难度的一个途径，缺点就是书目没有查询蓝思值的网站全。在选择自己的英文原版数目时，可以综合考量“蓝思值”和“书本指数”两个值来选择适合自己难度的书籍阅读。

二、这本书内容幼稚合理吗？适合我阅读吗？

对于要读的英文原版书籍，不仅要难度合适，而且内容情节也不能马虎。一个心智成熟的中年人你叫他去读童话估计坚持不了多久就读不下去了，因为对他来说太幼稚。

这个指数叫“IL（Interest Level）”且叫它“趣味指数”。该指数是基于书籍的幼稚程度、人物、情节得出的标准。

该标准用于建议年龄段阅读的。分LG\\MG\\MG+\\UG四个等级。
