一、50分客观题：
其中单选15分,第二项补全对话5分,完形填空10分,阅读理解20分。
二、70主观题：
1. 补全对话5分
2. 翻译句子15分,其中汉译英局部翻译5分,整句6分,英译汉4分。
3. 选词填空10分
4. 任务型阅读20分
5. 写作:小作文5分，大作文15分。
无论何种题型，考试内容万变不离其宗。
语法主要考察介词、冠词、动词搭配、各种时态语态。
学习过程中要了解中西方文化差异,掌握西方习俗思维等,答题要符合英语思维才可以得分。
这就要求具备牢固的基础知识，要有良好的答题习惯,要掌握基本的搭配或句型,要综合语境、时态。同时要培养一定的阅读能力和组织语言能力，还有是写作是对综合能力的考查。这些都需要靠平时有针对性的系统学习。
临近中考，可以做一下近几年的历年真题，找一下答题感觉。每次做题都要像正式考试一样计时。考完后都要进行总结，发现自己的弱点。并把自己常错误的题记到一个专用的本子上，做重点复习。保证以后遇到类似的不会再出错。
