As of March 1， all public transport in Luxembourg was made free. This measure has introduced with an aim to encourage Luxembourg’s inhabitants to use it and curb the continued traffic problems the country is experiencing. However, the country's existing public transport infrastructure is lacking. With outdated buses， trains delays， and an unfinished tram network, the country's infrastructure simply isn’t prepared for a surge in public transport users.
