Attention! For Overseas Arrivals from COVID-19 Stricken Areas…

According to the notice issued by the Hainan Provincial COVID-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters today, from 7 am this morning, every overseas arrival who has been to COVID-19 stricken countries and regions in the past 14 days, in principle should be transferred to the medical observation sites set up by the immigration ports(Haikou, Sanya, Qionghai) to conduct centralized medical observation for 14 days.

The notice requires that all the departments relevant to provincial, municipal and prefectural COVID-19 prevention and control headquarters should transfer those overseas arrivals who came to Hainan from the COVID-19 stricken countries and regions in the past 14 days, transferred from Hainan to other countries to designated places. Those with symptoms would be transferred to designated medical institutions and those without symptoms would be arranged to transfer as scheduled. Relevant departments must act in time.

The notice clearly states that from 7 am today, every overseas arrival who has been to COVID-19 stricken countries and regions in the past 14 days, in principle should be transferred to the medical observation sites set up by the immigration ports(Haikou, Sanya, Qionghai) to conduct centralized medical observation for 14 days. For passengers under special situations who need to be quarantined at home can go home after the municipal and prefectural COVID-19 prevention and control headquarters evaluated the whole their states, reported to the provincial headquarters and gain the approval. During home quarantine, they should strictly follow the relevant medical prevention and control requirements.

周知！過去14天內有疫情發生國家或地區旅居史的境外來瓊人員原則上接受集中醫學觀察

根據海南省疫情防控工作指揮部3月16日印發的通知，自3月16日上午7時起，所有境外來瓊人員在過去14天內有疫情發生國家或地區旅居史的，原則上均轉至入瓊口岸地（海口、三亞、瓊海）設立的醫學觀察點，進行14天集中醫學觀察。

通知要求，各市、縣疫情防控指揮部，省指揮部各有關單位對過去14天內有疫情發生國家或地區旅居史的，來瓊並中轉至其他省市（北京除外）的旅客，有醫學症狀的轉送指定醫療機構或進行集中隔離；無醫學症狀的正常安排轉機，有關部門及時做好對接。

通知明確，從3月16日上午7時起，所有境外來瓊人員在過去14天內有疫情發生國家或地區旅居史的，原則上均轉至入瓊口岸地（海口、三亞、瓊海）設立的醫學觀察點，進行14天集中醫學觀察。對個別特殊情況的旅客確需採取居家隔離措施的，經口岸所在市縣疫情防控工作指揮部評估，並報省指揮部同意後，方可採取居家隔離措施。居家隔離期間要嚴格按相關醫學防控要求執行。
