我是永恒的
我知道我是永恒的真我，永远不会死亡。我也知道在较高意识层面，当我在光中成长时，时间的存在提供给我疗愈头脑的机会，我会智慧地利用时间。我已拥有我需要的一切。今天和每一天，我对自己非常有耐心，因为我知道我是永恒的。
I AM ETERNAL
I know that I am an eternal spirit and that I live forever. I also knowthat being in time provides me the opportunity to heal my mind while I grow in the light of my higher consciousness. 1 use this time wisely. I have all that I need. Today and every day I am every day I am very patient with myself because know that I am eternal.
