Hubei Ends Lockdown, April 8 for Wuhan
Hubei province announced on Tuesday that it will reopen Wuhan's transportation connections to areas outside the city on April 8 and lift（解除禁令） traffic controls in other parts of the province starting on Wednesday.
湖北省于本周二宣布：将于4月8日重启武汉与周边城市的交通连接，并且从本周三起取消该省其他城市的交通管制。
The decision marks the virtual（事实上的） end of a mass lockdown that lasted more than two months in Hubei's capital city.
这一决定标志着武汉持续了两个多月的大规模封锁实际上已经结束。
Areas in the province other than Wuhan are gradually restoring outbound（出站） traffic, and people need to show a health code－a digital health certificate issued by health authorities－when leaving the province.
湖北省除武汉以为的其他城市也逐渐在恢复通往各地的交通路线，出省的市民必须得持有由卫生部门发布的健康证才能通行。
People from other provinces can travel within the province with the health code issued by their original provinces.
其他省的市民也可以持有由他们本省提供的健康证去别的省旅游
