普华永道:全球超半数CFO预计企业将受新冠疫情影响而导致利润下降

(2020年4月1日,/HRoot.com/)近日,普华永道发布的《新冠疫情首席财务官脉冲调查》显示,超过一半的首席财务官(58%)预测其企业会因新冠疫情的影响而导致利润下降,40%的受访者表示,现在就影响进行讨论为时过早。只有2%的受访者预计不会产生影响。


此外,调查还访问了企业领导人正在计划采取的行动,包括:
实施成本控制(62%)
调整未来业绩预测(44%)
推迟或取消计划投资(32%)
更改公司融资计划(28%)
改变并购策略(10%)
不会因新冠肺炎而考虑采取任何财务行动(14%)
调查中,大多数领导者预测,新冠疫情结束后,其业务将在三个月内恢复正常。66%的受访者则预测恢复的时间不到一个月。
调查显示,目前,企业正在优先考虑员工的健康和安全问题,同时提高员工远程办公的能力。这场危机还显示出许多企业在数字技能、带宽和网络安全限制等方面存在基础设施缺口。
CFO SURVEY FINDS 58% EXPECT DECREASE IN PROFITS BECAUSE OF COVID-19, 40% SAY IT’S TOO EARLY TO TELL
(Apr.1, 2020, /staffingindustry.com/)More than half of CFOs, 58%, expect a decrease in profits because of Covid-19 while 40% said it's too early to discuss impact at this point, according to PwC’s Covid-19 CFO Pulse Survey. Only 2% do not anticipate an impact.
PwC’s survey included 50 leaders from a cross-section of industries in the US and Mexico during the week of March 9, and 80% are based in Fortune 1,000 companies.
It also asked what actions the business leaders are planning:
62% are implementing cost containments
44% are adjusting guidance
32% are deferring or cancelling planned investments
28% are changing company financing plans
10% are changing M&A strategy
14% are not considering any financial actions as a result of Covid-19
A majority of leaders expect that their business would return to normal within three months if Covid-19 were to end immediately; 66% said less than a month.
Companies are prioritizing workforce health and safety while ramping up remote work capabilities. The crisis is also revealing immediate infrastructure gaps for many businesses in areas such as digital upskilling, bandwidth and cybersecurity limitations.
