今天我們來說一個非常常見且非常有意思的口語表達，就是today years old，憑藉第一感覺，你覺得這是什麼意思呢？今天你多大？當然不是啦！

是不是能感覺出一點什麼來了，沒錯，"today years old"的意思就是“今天才知道，今天才學會，才體驗過”等等，也就是有些東西有些人明明很早就知道怎麼回事了，可是你卻是在今天才知道，恍然大悟的感覺。

（1）jam tomorrow
這個不是指“明天的果醬”，正確意思是“許諾但不兌現的東西，可望而不可及的事物”，為什麼是這個意思呢，有句話是這樣說的“The rule is jam tomorrow and jam yesterday，but never jam today”，意思是明天有果醬，昨天也有果醬，但是今天不會有果醬，這樣你在今天就永遠都吃不到果醬了。
就像老闆經常給員工畫餅一樣，永遠也達不到那樣的目標，可望而不可及。
I am really tired of those promises of jam tomorrow！
我受夠了那些永遠都不會兌現的承諾了！
（2）Tomorrow is another day
從字面就可以看出，意思是“明天又是新的一天”，喻指來日方長，明天還有希望，明天事情明天做等等。
After all, tomorrow is another day!
不管怎樣，明天又是新的一天。
You don't need to burn the midnight oil finishing your project. Tomorrow is another day.
你不需要熬夜完成你的項目，明天的事情留著明天做。
