1.Indian Exchange Takes Central Bank to Court Over Bank Ban
Kali Digital Eco-Systems, the company behind the upcoming cryptocurrency exchange Coin Recoil, has appealed to the High Court in Delhi against the recent crackdown on banks providing services to bitcoin related companies by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Over 42,000 Indians have now signed an online petition that against the RBI directive.

3.Korean crypto exchange Upbit lists Emercoin
South Korea's major cryptocurrency exchange Upbit said Thursday it has listed Emercoin on its market. Emercoin has partnered with big companies and institutes at home and abroad for various blockchain technology-based pilot projects. Upbit handles about $1.8 billion a day, according to Coinmarketcap.

NASA has awarded a new grant that supports the development of an autonomous spacecraft that could make decisions using Blockchain technology without human intervention, news outlet Space.com reported April 18. In February, Qtum, a decentralized Blockchain application platform capable of running "smart contracts", announced that its "first ever space-based Blockchain node," had been launched on a Chinese satellite.
