Lady friend/ Mistress 小三，情妇
通常作为委婉语(euphemism)使用，或者在情况不明的情况下作为一种保守的提法。Lady friend也用于指女方明显大于男方的姐弟恋。
例句：
Actually, Lisa is not his wife, she's his lady friend.
其实Lisa不是他老婆，而是他的情妇。

False friend 假朋友;
a person who seems to be your friend, but who is not loyal and cannot be trusted

fair-weather friend 酒肉朋友
fair-weather本指“鸟漂亮的羽毛”，后用以指人“非常风光”。因此a fair-weather friend指的是a person who stops being a friend when one is in trouble.即“不能共患难的朋友”。
