4. All objects are listed by Guangzhou Diamond Exchange under the entrustment of clients. Relevant after-sales services are provided by clients. Guangzhou Diamond Exchange does not implement after-sales services and other several and joint liabilities of corresponding traded objects, but may assist buyers to apply to clients for after-sales services.

5. Delisting price gives priority to USD price, and relevant RMB price is only for reference.

6. If after delisting, a buyer does not complete delivery of goods and capital according to the requirements of Guangzhou Diamond Exchange Center, Guangzhou Diamond Exchange will maintain the fairness and justice of trading by taking the measures including but not limited to collecting penalty, adding the buyer to Guangzhou Diamond Exchange’s black list of the promise-breaking, and publicizing the promise-breaking list to the industry, etc.

7. Matters not covered in the Notices shall be dealt with according to relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and relevant rules and regulations of Guangzhou Diamond Exchange Center.
