《福布斯》发布2018年全球最佳雇主榜单，谷歌母公司Alphabet连续两年蝉联榜首。Alphabet也是唯一一家获得满分的公司。最佳雇主榜单上的企业均在企业形象、工作条件和多元化方面获得高度认可。
在这份榜单上排名靠前的公司大多为全球顶尖的公司。总体上以美国企业居多。在前500最佳雇主中，185家企业来自美国。中国的企业仅占到80家。唯一一家挤进前十的是香港的中国海洋石油公司（CNOOC）。在中国科技公司中，网易、京东、腾讯、阿里巴巴、唯品会上榜，排名分别为80、131、165、332和414。
