Under the supervision of the Head of Legal Department, the Legal Assistant is an integral member of the Legal Department, whose main responsibilities are to assist the legal department in daily administrative tasks, providing overall administrative supports to the events organized by the Legal Department, and to provide administrative support to the Deputy Head of Regional Delegation.
Main Duties &
Responsibilities
Provides overall administrative/financial support to all events organized or attended by the Legal department
Ensures the internal filing system of the legal department is up-to-date
Contributes to budget follow up
Ensures respect of financial procedures and guidelines
Ensures follow up and updates of specific files/forms
Provides administrative support to the Deputy Head of Regional Delegation
Desired Profile
& Skills
University degree or equivalent
1-2 years’ work experience in a similar field
Very good administrative skills
Very good financial management skills
Fluent in written nd spoken English
Good computer skills
Good communication skills
